This company is great we have used them since we moved to the Keller area. Jonathan is the technician that was out this time and he was very courteous. We have a high risk person in our home and he was very easy to work with to keep the exposure low. Thank you so much Mid Cities Air for the great service.

Very quick response to my call, Jonathan was very professional and checked our AC thoroughly. I felt like he wasn't pushing us to do unnecessary services. He was able to replace a part that was not working immediately and was on his way. Very pleased with this company! Thank you!

Initial estimate visit was great! As a busy CPA who works from home, I appreciate kind but honest and direct feedback and they were just that. Short sweet and simple. Looking forward to getting the quote and hopefully being able to work with them.

P.s. When getting quotes on anything I usually have to pester the representative to give me a few quotes with different variable changes or itemizing things. These guys beat me to it and let me know the different 'views' and options I'd see in the write up that already answered my questions!

Mid Cities is an amazing company to deal with. They have serviced My HVAC for several years now. Their customer service is top notch. I always knew how good they were but when I referred them to a co-worker he was so thankful as mid cities saved him several thousand $ on his repair.

While no one likes having to deal with A/C issues, Mid-Cities Air Conditioning makes it about as painless as can be. We've had nothing but positive experiences with them over the years, as their quality, pricing, and service have always been exceptional. In particular, Jonathan (who has serviced our system on multiple occasions) is extremely professional. He always takes the time to carefully diagnose the problem and explain the situation honestly to the homeowner, giving a completely trustworthy assessment rather than simply trying to upsell you on services that aren't necessary. This is the only company we'll trust with our A/C related needs going forward!

This is the third time I’ve used Mid Cites Heating and AC. Their technician Johnathon was my tech for all 3 times and was outstanding.

I don’t write these reviews often, but Jonathan was our service technician and has provided a wonderful service. He was so good that we personally requested him each time we needed service on our HVAC system. He will honestly try to repair first and not simply try an sell you a new unit, like other big name companies. The team members are very personable and like to teach the customer about the service so you know what to expect and things you can do to prevent issues in the future.

They are local and live in the community which is an added bonus. We have used several other companies before we found Mid-Cities and we will never go with anyone else.

Extremely courteous and knowledgeable technician. Very fair, honest and transparent pricing. Local company in Keller/not a big national chain so this is very personal service. Highly recommended if you want to know you are getting a trustworthy price for quality work and equipment.

We have been a client for several years and have been very pleased with their service and professionalism. They are very responsive when we have had issues and usually can come out very quickly. We have had a unit replaced and received a good deal and great service. I would highly recommend them.

Update: They offer a tune-up program for A/C units and furnaces in the spring and fall. We have found this to be a great service so our units are ready for the heavy use times of the year. They have found a couple of small items that needed attention that could have been a real problem later on. I would highly recommend they staff and service.

Zach and the rest of the team was awesome. Process was easy, and install was surprisingly fast. Great experience!

Had a slight emergency with our ac system for my building and mid cities was the only place that could get out quickly to look at our issue. After arriving, they noticed that everything looked OK and that the issue we experienced can happen naturally with the type of electronic system used with our ac system. They said ac will come back on after sitting for a bit so nothing was needed to be done. HONESTY was in full view here. The other thing I liked is that one of the owners of the comapny came on the service call. I love dealing with locally owned businesses because they seem to have a higher level of service and seem to care more about the customers because they live in our community. I would highly recommend Mid Cities Air Conditioning and Heating. They didn't try to sell me services or products I didn't need.

Zack repaired the condensation pipe that was leaking on my indoor closet unit. Very professional and he worked fast but efficiently. Mid-Cities AC is great outfit with reasonable pricing.

My AC broke on Sunday. I called Mid-CITIES and a real person answered. They dispatched a technician who was very professional and he had the part on his truck to fix it. He had me back up and running in no time. By the way, ir was 100 degrees in the shade. Thanks Bill at Mid- Cities. We will use them again!

Mid-Cities Air and Heating is by far the best HVAC company in North Texas. Jonathan (the manager/owner) is dynamic and an amazing help. Everyone on his team rocks. Highly recommend. They’re timely, great communication, and high quality of work.

Just after 6pm on Wednesday night our air went out. Immediately I made a call to Mid cities and left a message. We have always been happy with their excellent service and this was no exception. Jonathan was at our house by 10:30 and our ac was purring by 11:30.
These guys are great. Nice, pleasant , knowledgeable and reasonable prices. Really appreciated the quick service since I can’t deal with this heat.

Mid-Cities AC has consistently provided us with excellent service! We installed a brand new system. And while there were a few hiccups, they were very responsive to getting them resolved quickly. We Are very satisfied the new system. Additionally they’ve been willing to work around issues we’ve encountered with our mom, who lives with my sister & I, and is in very ill health. That has meant more to us than anything.

I cannot speak highly enough of this organization, their work ethic, & their service! I’m most especially grateful for Jonathon. He is definitely their Rock Star!!
