A/C was out last night and we usually go to Home Depot for parts. Came across this store and was surprised to see the inventory they carry at an excellent price. Staff was very helpful to check the inventory over the phone and inform us about the price. Definitely my go to store from now onwards.

Knowledgeable staff and great selection - they've recently expanded their showroom. I purchased a tankless water heater and pricing was very competitive. If you go, check out the restroom - they've installed one of the products they sell, and you'll want one for your home!

Best place to buy quality plumbing fixtures and more. Staff is awesome very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure your new build or remodel are complete. Their products may be higher than your local home improvement store but the quality is far superior.

I’ve been doing business with these people for over 10 years and I keep going back to them because their service is outstanding. Renee Terry is awesome to work with, she goes the extra mile to accommodate her clients. Kudos to her.

Called about purchasing a new toilet. Patti Hammond was kind and helpful on the phone. When I went to get new toilet a few days later Patti and the other lady in the showroom were very rude during my time in the showroom. I will NEVER EVER give this company my $ again. I will also never refer them. I have since purchased 2 more toilets and a complete shower stall for remodel at another reputable plumbing supply dealer......AND got a better price!!!

I was referred to this showroom by The Tile Shop in Southlake. I came prepared to order a long list of things for my remodel, but we were met with one of the rudest employees I have met. Our presence and any question asked was a clear inconvenience. Her facial expressions and whispers to her co-worker (right in front of us) were an icing on top. We quickly left and gave our business to a competitor.

I read the reviews and was excited about shopping for some home improvement items. I called ahead asking about a toilet and if I needed to request an appointment or if I could just come in. The staff who answered the phone let me know that the showroom was being remodeled and display would be limited but that I was welcome to stop by.

I drove up to the shop and both staff in the showroom were helping other customers. When the 1st customer had departed the staff member who was helping stepped to the back and then returned to their desk.

They had a large selection and were very polite on the phone, but I stood in the showroom for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged by either employee. I like to support local businesses, but not being acknowledged while standing in the waiting room is a major turn off.

Previously used them and had a good experience. However this time was terrible. Called to see if they had a particular toilet in stock. The guy who answered the phone assured us they did. Lie #1. When we arrived we found out it was not in stock, however another facility had one, and they would get it shipped over by 10 AM the next morning, and they would call when it arrived. Lie #2 & 3. When we called to check, the guy who answered spent an inordinate amount of time asking irrelevant questions like who we talked to yesterday. Does it matter?? There are two people out in the showroom. Can you not look it up or does that take too much time?? The person he punted us to said that it didn't arrive by 10 and they "were too busy to call." And then the best one...the other place broke it while loading it on the truck. Lie #4. Perhaps their way of saying the dog ate my homework? Easy decision to take my business elsewhere.

I went everywhere looking for a cartridge for Moen and couldn’t find it. Finally they had it hear and it was a great price. Will definitely come here for all my plumbing part needs. The guy at the front was super friendly and knowledgeable!
