Polly did a great job replacing my old water softener unit and installing a new one (that I bought- so nice that they do the work on different types!). Brent was my installer and he did a super job and was professional and he communicated well over the time of the install. The setup was even better than expected and looks fantastic. Most important it fixed the low flow issues from the old until right away. Definitely trust Brent and Polly to do all the plumbing work at my house!

Kevin Noerr was very friendly and polite. He explained to me what was the problem, how it could be fixed, and what cause the problem. He even let me watch as he fixed it. It took all but 30 minutes or less to fix it. And the price wasn't bad it was in my budget. I would recommend them to anyone you want be disappointed. They are my go to plumbers from here on out. And if you decided not to go with them you don't pay anything. Have a blessed day

Got everything done that I needed to get done which I had been cumulating for over a year (kitchen garbage disposal repair, changing shower heads, creating an additional water outlet and drain outlet for an extra water dryer combination). Pricing on par with the area and current market around Southlake Colleyville area for the most part but they were upfront and clear about it before work began.

My experience was so great I started writing this as soon as the job was done and we shook hands. Kevin was my plumbing technician and he was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He showed up at the expected time and was able to provide options for fixing an old leaking hose bib backflow preventer. He was able to skillfully remove the old one without a more costly repair. The communication and experience throughout was first class.
