I am writing this review because the experience I had with your company was one of the worst I have encountered, leaving me furious and feeling completely taken advantage of.

While I will spare you the details here, my overall impression is that customers risk being manipulated and taken advantage of.

I strongly advise others to stay clear of this company.

Terrible experience. Enormous price when they knew we had been without hot water a few days. They wanted about $400 just to look at the tank even though I had the part ready. Could not fix the heater but wanted another $600 plus. I refused to pay the $600 number.

Excellent service! Daniel, Patrick, and Nick were professional, on time, and kept me updated throughout the repair.They were respectful, worked cleanly, and fixed my gas leak with great care. Taylor and owner Joey were responsive and supportive as well. Highly recommend!

Nick, Patrick, and Austin were very polite and professional. They hydroscrubbed a few lines, as well as replaced the fixtures under a sink, and a hosebib.

Their work was very high-quality. I would recommend them.

Quick service call, leak found and options to fix it discussed. Our pipe is old school and cannot be used to fix leak. Discussed options and decided to move forward. Daniel a great communicator and very polite and professional.

Daniel was very polite and did excellent work. Wore shoe covers every time he entered my home. Taylor the operations manager was great to work with as well. Calling the office to schedule and make arrangements went smoothly as well.

My husband and I have used Howze plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. They are always professional, on time and texts me when they are headed my way. Today they installed all of the plumbing for our primary bath remodel including shower, stand alone tub with hand held faucets and a bidet. Wasn’t sure if they would be experienced in that and Jake was competent and helpful. We highly recommend Howze plumbing.

After having a new tub installed by a different company, we were left with a very slow drain. The original installers told us that the issue was normal, so we decided to call Howze Plumbing for a second opinion.
Our technician, Austin, was incredible. He confirmed there was a genuine problem and clearly advised on getting it resolved. He also provided a ton of information on our water's quality and how to improve it. Our experience with Howze and Austin was awesome, and they will be our goto plumbers from now on.

Dan came out and quickly assessed the problem. He was courteous and professional. We were given options for repair. After repairs were made cleanup was quick and thorough. A pleasure doing business with Howze.

Chance arrived and repaired a leaking pipe on my hot water heater. Started the job after 6 pm on a Friday! Reasonable price and great service.

Chance was super helpful. He was up to date on the background of the concern, clearly explained our options, was timely, and had great communication through the whole process. Would definitely recommend this company overall!

Chance did a terrific job. Very professional, thorough and explained everything from start to finish. Prior to having the urinal cartridge and internals of the flusher rebuilt, you had to pull on the knob 10 times to get enough water and even then it appeared the urinal took its own B-Vitamins. Now, one flush and it is clear!

Patrick and Nick worked extremely hard to make sure everything was perfect. And they succeeded. Plus they were very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. Thanks to Howze we have hot water!
