Park their vehicles in front of my house while working across thhe street and today is the second time ive had to clean up trash thwy left on my lawn. This is aftet a conversation with them the first time. Waiting for theor return so maybe they'll understand me this time

There is no other plumber to call if you are in the Keller Southlake area. I required the replacement of 4 under sink valves and received an estimate of OVER $800 from Burkeys...Posey took less than an hour and replaced all for under $150.00...Period

Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially Pam at the front desk. I have a tremor and that day it was worse than normal and was having trouble filling out the paperwork that is required if a new patient. She stopped what she was doing and filled them out while I answered the question.

Work quality is good but service timing is terrible. They take in too many jobs as compared to their workforce capacity and the result is a lot of disappointment for customers

They will come out with 4 tasks to do and complete one and then leave if you are not on top of them.

Posey Plumbing was a subcontractor hired to do the plumbing on our new house. They incorrectly installed a pipe in our attic which caused a large water leak. There was mold on the studs in the attic as well as on the drywall in my child's bedroom. They came out and repaired the pipe but refused to cover any of the damage to our house. We had to hire a repairman to come in and treat the studs and replace the drywall and texture at the cost of nearly $600. DO NOT USE POSEY PLUMBING!

Posey Plumbing has given us great service with quick response and prompt follow up. We've used them on our home build and our rental property. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called and was sent to a third party answering service they took my info and said someone would call me back. A couple of days later I got a call back from a posey representative and was told they had to check with their plumbers and would get back to me which never happened. They did the original plumbing on my house when it was being built. This was considered a high priority because it was a high gas pressure issue that already caused one appliance to go out. After not getting a return call I contacted Baker Brothers plumbing and they got me taken care of next day.

Posey Plumbing did the plumbing work on our major remodel of an older home that took almost 10 months. We made extensive changes to bring the house up to code and to meet our needs, so the Posey team had to be on top of their game. They were professional, prompt, and considerate of our concerns. Mr Posey personally visited the job several times to make sure that the work was done well and moving forward as promised. I highly recommend Posey Plumbing.

The plumbers are nice and knowledgeable but the women at the office are NASTY. If you manage to get past that, then you are good.
The scheduler wouldn’t talk to me until I would give her my full address. I just wanted to ask if they did a certain type of work but she refused to answer my question until I gave her my address. The other lady tried to overcharge me at checkout and was upset when I exposed her hanging up on me.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Posey Plumbing and strongly advise against hiring them. Their work was shockingly unprofessional and caused significant issues. They failed to secure water lines to the rafters, leading to unstable and noisy plumbing. Even worse, they installed the hot and cold water lines backwards, which created major inconvenience and required additional fixes.

When attempting to correct their mistakes, they caused further damage by carelessly cutting through other pipes, drywall, and even electrical wiring, turning a bad situation into a costly disaster. To top it all off, Posey Plumbing was completely non-responsive when we tried to address these issues, showing a total lack of accountability or customer service. The owner is never around and always on vacation.

They never completed the work on our new home and we had to hire new plumbers. We would never hire them again and urge others to steer clear to avoid similar headaches.

I have used them for years at all of my properties, and they do a great job on their installs. The plumbers are really nice and helpful.

I know the job must be demanding because everyone thinks their plumbing job is a super high priority.

But I always cringe before I call because the receptionist is like a super rude 911 phone operator.

She sounds extremely annoyed that you are calling, and she has a list of questions she needs to ask you. If, for some reason, you don’t know the questions before she asks them, then she gets super sarcastic.

I know plumbing and can easily explain the problems, but I can’t imagine if my mom or grandmother called.

The lady is probably very friendly and does a great job scheduling and relaying the information to the plumbers. I just wish she wasn’t so rude.

We recently needed several plumbing issues addressed. Jeff and Carter were very professional and did a great job. We couldn’t even tell that had come as they left everything extremely neat. Cathy did a great job getting the work scheduled promptly. Would definitely recommend Posey Plumbing!

Brent really impressed us with his plumbing knowledge and fixed our gas lamps in minutes while all other electricians and plumbers have not been able to properly diagnosed the problem. We signed up for their membership and excited to continue working with them esp on winterization.

My family and I just moved to Keller. Our kitchen faucet started leaking one day. A few other companies were contacted and didn’t want to come out to even look at it, because they said it was a “small job”. Polly Plumbing came out to help the same day! Kevin helped replace it with a Kohler faucet, looks great and works perfectly! I really appreciat that he was on time (and same day?! YES) and provided text updates of his arrival time. He provided options, was so tidy and professional. Everything was so easy and fixed - all in one visit. HIGHLY recommend!
