As a woman it doesn't feel great to discover two large men inside your home completely uninvited. I find it hard to believe that between the two of them nobody thought to double check the house number to be sure they have started work at the correct address. Going forward, it's best practice to: 1.) Check for the correct address, 2.) Ring the doorbell or knock on a door, any door to alert the home owner of your presence. For my safety and more importantly - yours.

Ever since Mr Posey retired, the quality and workmanship is terrible. I will never use the use them again. Not only is there a problem with the shower but they will not fix their own mistake. DO NOT USE THEM. Terrible
