Reviews of local pros in Keller, Texas

Chance arrived and repaired a leaking pipe on my hot water heater. Started the job after 6 pm on a Friday! Reasonable price and great service.

Chance was super helpful. He was up to date on the background of the concern, clearly explained our options, was timely, and had great communication through the whole process. Would definitely recommend this company overall!

Chance did a terrific job. Very professional, thorough and explained everything from start to finish. Prior to having the urinal cartridge and internals of the flusher rebuilt, you had to pull on the knob 10 times to get enough water and even then it appeared the urinal took its own B-Vitamins. Now, one flush and it is clear!

Patrick and Nick worked extremely hard to make sure everything was perfect. And they succeeded. Plus they were very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. Thanks to Howze we have hot water!

They did such a great job for us. Very satisfied with the rapid response and the prompt installation of a new hot water heater.

Jovanny and Patrick did an awesome job to get our 2 water heaters replaced, installed a cpv in the ground all within 24 hrs after the heaters broke down. Also working with the office team and Austin was a very great experience. We can highly recommend Howze plumbing for your plumbing needs! Small company, big service and so we experienced it!

Patrick and Nick were very professional and thorough. Installed a PRV to control pressure to 75PSI on my home. Also repaired a small water leak at my Water heater and replaced some gas inlet parts on my water heater that were leaking gas.

Absolutely the best service. Very thorough checking everything and explaining each step. No one wants to find out they have a slab leak but we feel very comfortable with the information given and the explanation of our options. Highly recommend Howze!

Patrick, Nick and Chance all did a great job with plumbing repairs, tub drain, toilets and leaking faucets and water peeasure regulator. Excellent group!!! We had a big list of repairs.

I called Howze Plumbing today to fix a leaky shower faucet. I spoke with Paulina and she was very nice and polite, and professional.
Chance was the technician. He replaced the shower valve and cartridge inside. He also inspected our water pressure and tested the water for chlorine. He was very thorough and professional as well. Taylor was very friendly and professional at end of the repair.
On the phone call he offered me preventive water treatment . I would recommend Howze Plumbing to friends n family.!

Have used Howze plumbing in the past. This time I had them replace my hot water heater which is in the attic. Patrick and Nick were professional and took extra care to protect the unit and my home during installation. Highly recommend Howze plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Mr. Parker was very helpful. He answered all of my questions (and I had several) in depth. That man knows his stuff!!! The job was overpriced but his information and company was priceless.

Our secondary bathroom needed to be fixed, slow drain and a broken shower faucet. We needed it quickly, and Howze came recommended and their reviews were positive. Not the least expensive, but their work and communication was top notch.
Our technician, Chance, was respectful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Great folks from start to finish! Daniel and Eric took care of our not just our sink replacement efficiently without damaging any of our granite tops, but also noticed our leaking hose bibs and fixed it for us. 10/10 service and the kinda folks not trying to make an extra buck off of you, definitely recommend you give these guys a call 👍👍

Yesterday Chance Dixon came to help us with water leakage from ceiling of downstairs bedroom. He efficiently detected issue and fixed it! Very ethical, professional and expert Tech. We are thankful to Chance Dixon for his expertise and kindness. His persona made us relax as we were in panic mode when he arrived!
He is the Best Plumbing expert in metro DFW area. God bless him and his family.

Last year, after meeting with several plumbing companies, I contracted Howze Plumbing to fix a broken water pipe. I was so pleased with the finished product, service, and pricing that when my water heater stopped heating this week I knew I didn't need to bother with other companies and only called Howze. Again they took the time to correctly assess the situation. They answered all questions without talking down to me and there was no sales pressure. The plumber, Daniel, was respectful and kept me informed on what he was doing. I will continue to call Howze Plumbing without hesitation :)

I must say Howze Plumbing did an incredible feat of replacing the sewer in my entire home! All new updated pipes are throughout 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room including the utility sink and replacement of new updated kitchen faucet and disposal! All drains are new with an added second clean out leading to city hookup! No more 1960s rusted galvanized junk to deal with! What a relief! I highly recommend this business of truly professionals Chance, Chase, Daniel and crew and Paulina. Great customer service and quality workmanship are so appreciated! Thank you one and all!

Had Howze plumbing out for the first time and had them install a water filter and softener for my whole home. Service was exceptional and professional. I love how my water feels now! My skin is no longer dry coming out of the shower and it got rid of the stinky smell. My newborn baby’s skin also looks and feels so much better with the new water! I’ll will definitely be using Howze plumbing for my future plumbing needs!
