My experience was so great I started writing this as soon as the job was done and we shook hands. Kevin was my plumbing technician and he was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He showed up at the expected time and was able to provide options for fixing an old leaking hose bib backflow preventer. He was able to skillfully remove the old one without a more costly repair. The communication and experience throughout was first class.

Brent did an excellent work. He is very detailed oriented. He explained that we was going to do in great detail. He provided advice on what to do in the future. I had a continuous flow of water happening for some time - I reached out to Polly after a recommendation on my neighborhood app. They were super responsive and got here quick! Brent was amazing - very knowledgeable and trustworthy! Ended up needing new toilets and they worked hard for me to replace them. I got on their monthly service plan and got several other things taken care of while he was here. I would highly recommend Polly (and Brent)!

Best service experience in years. Communication was “spot on”! Faced with a plumbing issue leaving me very frustrated, Daniel stepped in and walked me thru the entire process. Turned into a bigger problem but he explained everything to me, provided me various options and assured me he would come back and get everything working for me. I was not satisfied at all! I requested a faucet repair own a jacuzzi. Your guy was more interested in trying too make more money. My request was simple a least than 30min repair. So, I will not be giving any work to POLLY PLUMBING again.

If i could rate Polly 6 stars i would. Our plumbing technician, Brent, was very communicative and thorough and never tried to haggle with us when our water heater broke and our hot water pipes started leaking. Pricing was reasonable and he was very transparent in any of his findings and future recommendations for our home. All of this was done in 2 weeks and my stress is finally gone. I will definitely be coming back to them if i have any other plumbing issues.

A human answered the phone. I did not have to be their employee and create an account, set my own appointment or wait for a call back. They came the next day. The plumber was polite and knowledgeable. Payment was quick and easy. Polly Plumbing is saved on my phones contact list now. Great job!

Brent from Polly Plumbing was amazing! He showed up promptly and was able to take care of a shower valve issue we had. He was also able to diagnose some potential issues before the access wall was boarded back up and got everything taken care of. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to take his knowledge as a master plumber and translate it to me in a way that was easy and straightforward to understand. We will continue to use Polly Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Update: we had a leaky outside faucet that we caught with the big freeze of 2026. With poor road conditions, our appointment got rescheduled for the safety of the employees, which is completely understandable. There was constant communication from the main office about the status of getting a plumber to our house as well as an immediate follow up call thanking us for our patience. This reaffirms the professional job and high standards Polly Plumbing has. Fantastic company.

Brent from Polly Plumbing came yesterday and fixed two toilets with nagging issues. He was super polite, and was able to avoid an expensive repair. One of the most honest people I’ve ever met.

This was an all around exceptional experience! I have never felt more at ease with having a service provided within my home. Knowing exactly WHO was arriving and when, provided me with a sense of safety and control over my schedule for the day. I have never seen a service that provides you with real time updates on arrival, and I wouldn’t want to have it any other way. To top it all off, Brent provided me with amazing customer service, explaining everything clearly and ensured all my questions and concerns were answered thoroughly. I am very grateful for his knowledge, as the tankless water heater I originally requested would not have been suitable for my home, and instead provided me an alternative solution. I cannot recommend Polly Plumbing enough!
