Nathan was amazing!! He came out to look at why my outlets weren’t working. He was very thorough and nice. He found out the outlet itself had gone bad and that was the problem. I declined to have him replace the outlet only because I know to replace it myself and the price was out of my range for something I can do on my own. Would definitely use them again in the future though.

A few weeks ago, while out of town my wife informed me that the AC was not cooling. I immediately called Comfort Experts after hours and made an appointment for the next morning. Daniel Barakat was dispatched, identified the issue and made the repair. Four weeks later our AC stops cooling again! Again, I called Comfort Experts after hours and talked with Amanda who penciled us again for the following morning for a visit by one of their AC Experts. Once again Daniel Barakat was dispatched the following morning, identified the problem as the same issue from the first visit and replaced with faulty capacitor. I was not charged for the second repair. Thank you Daniel and Comfort Experts for your fast friendly service!

I am pleased to report excellent high-end service on a project which had a few surprises with the weather and the dimensions of the workspace! The two exemplary technicians who worked on this installation project were Joe and Hernan out of the Kennedale office. Both were extremely prompt, courteous, and helpful. Joe worked outside under adverse rainy conditions without any complaints. In spite of the complexity of this project, the installation was successfully completed and the house was back in good order before Joe and Hernan left the house. Thanks once again to Joe and Hernan of Hobson's Comfort Experts!

We just had a new HVAC installed by Comfort Experts. One crew cleaned our duct work then Alex and Daniel in stalled the HVAC system. They were very professional and efficient. Near the end of the install a tiny bird flew in the open door. It flew up to my skylight. They went above and beyond to capture the tiny bird and release it safely. Kudos to Alex and Daniel!!!!

From the initial contact call to the service provided by the technician was excellent. The contact person, Lisa was polite, friendly and engaging. The technician, Joshua was very thorough and knowledgeable. I'd use the company any time I need service on my electrical, HVAC or plumbing and would highly recommend. Very professional from beginning to end!

Daniel was a professional the entire time and offered great knowledge. He cam out for just a tune up and uncovered an issue I had no idea about. He was able to assure me of the quality of work that would be done and lowered his initial cost. Highly recommended him and this company.

On August 19, my experience with technician Danny B was absolutely marvelous. He was very knowledgable, professional and also punctual. As a result, I've been a member with Comfort Expert about 18 years; experience only superb services.

This company is not as great to deal with as I thought. The salesperson was the only good aspect of this transaction. They came and half way did the job I paid them to do, they were the highest estimate we had.We only used them again because at another property we used them before service went well. The tech damaged my paint and the wall and took off some of the texture after I pointed out it was black gummy stuff he was about to leave on my walls...my hallway was left dirty, they cracked the crown moulding on my door that surrounds the furnace door mine is inside and visible. They left a mess of insulation from my house to the garage and gross bandaids in my garage from installing. I cleaned it myself because they said they were tired and hot, lol.The Indoor tech was playing his music in my home so I had to crank my music up so he would turn it off.The tech let it play for a while instead of using headphones. They took my working Nest thermostat too! had to wait days to get it back after complaining to their "supervisor" and was promised they would repair the damage he took pictures and never came or replied back after repeated calls. Had to have someone else come and fix due to guest coming to visit. I will never recommend this company again, and If I could, I would gladly return their overpriced service along with their overpriced unit back to them for the service I got this time around. Super disappointed after spending thousands of dollars with this company. **UPDATE NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME OR MY HUSBAND FUNNY THEY SAY THEY CAN'T FIND MY ACCOUNT WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN REACHED BY THE FINANCE COMPANY AND MULTIPLE MESSAGES FROM MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND AND NO UPDATE AT ALL WHEN IT COMES TO REIMBURSEMENT OF MY DAMAGES. They keep updating but never solving the problem..no calls returned.

Nathaniel was wonderful! He explained everything as he was looking for the problem. He provided cost estimates as he came across potential problems. He resolved the issue and the cost was better than I expected. Knowing that Comfort Experts can handle other issues like AC, plumbing and electrical gives me one place to contact for help! I highly recommend Comfort Experts.

Want to thank Michael for his quick response to my AC issues. Quick to diagnose the issues showed his expertise in ac repair. Explained everything needed that I easily understood to make the repairs at a reasonable price and had us up and running in a short period of time. Michael made me feel like family in the short period of time he was here which was just another reason why I will always use the services of Comfort Experts for my future AC repairs.

Jerred came out and solved our problem and answered all of our questions offered us improvements for our unit that we were happy to receive he even fixed my front door on his way out as a courtesy. Best technician we’ve had so far.

Jarred was knowledgeable and friendly. Above and beyond service! He came out and cleaned out the AC and the coils, didn’t realize how dirty it was but I’m excited at how efficient my AC unit will run now. Took extra time to answers all my questions and concerns. Will call him again in the future!
