Manny did an absolute fantastic job installing a new HVAC unit. It only took one day to install and everything went smoothly. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completed comfortable with the setup before they left.

Manny has been so professional and prompt. I had a new system installed June 2025 and everything has worked great! He has come out to do seasonal maintenance/ change filter in attic and made sure was ready for winter. He even came out today to fix a vibration issue with the copper wire hitting a bolt causing noise in the attic that I could hear in my bedroom. It is now as quiet as can be. I appreciate his quick response and would definitely recommend him to family and friends any time.

Quiet professionals. He was the third HVAC company that did work for me this summer. Manny gave me a competitive bid, timely communication, and quality work. His bid was imminently reasonable and he ensured that the warranties for components he installed were registered. He is my last HVAC company and he has my business into the foreseeable future. He replaced two coils and one compressor.

I live in a creek bottom and scores of animals destroyed my air ducts so I wanted metal ducts to be installed. Not only were Manny and Sons the low bidder, but they were the most professional. They both counted and measured the vents unlike the other three bidders, and were straight talking and accurate. The result was perfectly installed metal ducts after working long and hard for two days. They in fact started the next day on time after I paid my deposit. They even cleaned my heater fan for free upon request.

Zak was really easy to deal with. He explained what he had done and told me about some things that are available to me that i was not aware of but he was not pushy, just informative. Great service. Nice person to work with.

Garrett and Leo did a great job, got us up and running quickly. Highly recommend either one of them to come out and take care of your home comfort systems

Mike was incredibly helpful. He found a hidden problem and even though he had to order a part he did everything he could to get it running as effectively as possible until the part comes in. He also made great recommendations for making our system more effective and keeping our home healthy. Everything was explained well and he did great work.

We got told that comfort express is very good & reasonable but still didn’t know what to expect.
He arrived as promised because he knew we have a house inspection and he wanted to help us beforehand.
He came right on time and introduced himself really politely & explained everything really professionally.
He started to work right away. When he was done he was explaining us about our system and shared his great knowledge with us.
he just wanted to make us happy and to make sure we going to pass the inspection and have a great running system .
I’ve been through service people before and I must say that I never got such a great and professional guy like him.
He deserves every penny and more business.

Leo arrived within 1 hour of me calling and immediately got to work to find out why my AC not cooling. Friendly and professional, Would definitely recommend every single time.

I was pleased with the service Jani provided with following up with some questions I had about the new system installation. My wife and I thought the system was blowing a little loud and he adjusted it to be quieter. He also took the time to explain how the thermostat works and a few more specifics about the unit. Excellent service in my opinion!

Hobson rep called me in May to set up appt for summer check- up. I am a member of their club and I get this done for no charge at the time of service. I called them back the 1st of July and said I would like to have my unit serviced. They set me up to fit me in when they could. Joshua came by on the 5th. He was professional and sent pictures. He cleaned the leaves out of the base of my AC unit which was above and beyond my expectations. He showed up in the morning around 10 which I was very happy about.

STAY AWAY!!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Overcharged me, charged me for parts that were covered 100% under warranty, and had me wait two weeks to have AC repaired because they were waiting on the part. I paid at that time, but I didn’t know I was being outrageously overcharged.

A month and a half later, it breaks down again. They come out and tell me it’s probably going to be $3k-$4k because a fan motor is out. The next morning they give me “good news” telling me it’s going to be only $1750 for labor and the motor but they need to wait two weeks because that motor is on back order. (Same story as before) I was somewhat relieved that the price dropped to $1750, but decided to get a 2nd opinion. Another company comes out and tells me it’s the same problem they diagnosed, but they tell me the motor is covered under my warranty and it will be only $400 to complete the job AND it can be done today because that motor is sitting in the local warehouse. Wow. I was going to be overcharged AGAIN, I would have had no idea, and I would’ve had to wait two weeks again.

This company’s prices are outrageous and they are borderline unethical. It’s always the same story, they will come out the first day tell you it’s going to be a crazy high amount, then come back and tell you it’s going to be a “not as high” amount, to put you at ease and make you think they’re working for you.

I URGE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They’re charging you way more than they should be.

I had a leaking condensate line that was causing dirty water to spill out into my backyard, and Leo from Comfort Experts came out and quickly got to the bottom of it. Turns out, the primary condensate line had been disconnected due to a poor installation job when the house was built. Leo not only repaired it properly, but also took care of a few other issues he noticed while he was here.

He went above and beyond by explaining everything clearly and giving me detailed next steps to take after he left — including referring me to a trusted plumber, who then connected me with a water condensation specialist. Leo was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him and Comfort Experts for anyone needing reliable HVAC service!
