Reviews of local pros in Kennedale, Texas

Contacted four different vendors, but went with Manny based on his years of expertise and the fact that he just didn’t focus on ductwork I needed. He was also able to insulate the attic and provide detailed information on areas of the house that needed minor fixes and updates. All in all he was the best provider of the services I needed at a great price.

Manny did a great job diagnosing the issue and was determined to get my system up and running as fast as he could. He was very informative and provided me great advice moving forward. We will definitely be using Manny in the future.

I needed to replace some ductwork in my attic and rebuild my ac supply plenum. Of the five contractor bids I received, Manny's was the most affordable, but that's not why I chose him for the work. His attention to detail and patience with my many questions was what I needed to know that he was the right person for the job. He found many mistakes with my units that were overlooked by other contractors. He didn't just supervise the work; he actually performed a great deal of it himself. I feel confident that my new ductwork is sealed properly and is installed in a manner that will provide my home with the most efficient air flow possible. Don't hesitate to use Manny for all you air conditioning and heating needs. Thank you, Manny,

Great experience from start to finish. The team was on time, professional, and did a clean, efficient job installing my new AC unit. Highly recommend!

Called Manny Saturday morning, one of my air conditioners had gone out Friday evening. Manny said he could come around 3. He located problem and replaced part at a fair and reasonable price. He's very knowledgeable, checked the system in and out. Super nice as his son is also! I have definitely found my go to air and heat company! Thank you so much!

Manny was very quick to respond to my request for heater repair. He is very competent, informative, and kind. Manny repaired my heater and fixed some other issues I had because my system was 12 years old and had never been serviced. I will not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him to my friends.

Manny, was very professional, he took his time and went over every technical detail pertaining to the Unit in high level then subsequently, drilled down to the actual repair, the coil.

Called Manny for a routine inspection with concerns about how the HVAC wasn't cooling properly and maybe we'll have to accept high electricity bills or change out the HVAC unit. Instead of up selling for a new unit and ducting, he provided simple solutions that wouldn't cost as much and made a noticeable difference immediately.
His team were efficient and respectful of the home and Manny was very knowledgeable and patient with any questions or concerns we had. His prices were fair and at no point did it feel like we were being sold on spending more unnecessary money.

Replaced the ducts system in my attic along with insulation. Did a great professional job. Was on time when he made the appointment.

Manny and his son installed a new AC unit for thousands less than all the other AC companies we contacted . Very professional courteous and timely . He came to our house on Friday at 4 pm did a thorough inspection explained all the work he would do and answered all my questions. Then he told me he could put us on the schedule for Saturday. Arrived at 9 am and we had a cool house by 4pm. Everything was cleaned up and trash hauled away. I will use him again in the future if we need him and I highly recommend his company.

Manny is a great contractor. I needed new duct work and additional attic insulation. His estimate was thorough and he explained what I needed and what my options were when I brought up questions. At installation, he and his crew were professional and polite, answering questions and showing me what they were doing. When they were done, Manny reviewed what was done for us, explained again what he had done in the attic and talked of possible future improvements when it came time to consider a new heating/AC system. They cleaned and vacuumed affected areas before leaving. I'm very pleased - great service, good price and professional work.

Manny called me and offered his services. He does the estimate and is the installer. No middle man to up your price. He gave me the absolute Best price around, and did not try to up sale me a unit i did not need. He is very honest and a professional. I would recommend him to my family and friends. Very satisfied and nice work.

Manny always provides excellent service and an explanation for the reason he recommends changes for the AC Heating Unit. We highly appreciate his integrity to do top notch work! Doc B.

Yesterday Mr. Manny did a great job. Installed two units was very professional in readable time with reasonable price. I would personally recommend his services.

So thankful for Manny! He was able to fit me in same day and listened to my concerns, what I’ve had done professionally this past year for my system, and the troubleshooting we’ve done. He sent me videos in real time of my ac’s issues and explained verbally what’s going on. He also asked if he could come back in a 2-3 months to make sure everything is working properly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — 100% Recommend

Mr. Escobar was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We had an issue in our duplex because our neighbor is a smoker, and the old ducts in our house were not sealed properly. They were creating a vacuum that was pulling air from the attic along with dust and insulation. Mr. Escobar replaced all the ducts exactly as quoted, sent videos throughout the process, and completed the job on time. He left the work area clean and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was working correctly. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend Manuel Escobar to anyone needing duct or AC work.

Had another company come out and check my AC unit and all they wanted to do was replace the unit not repair it. Manny can repair your AC. You don’t have to have it replaced. Have them check it first before you go that route. Many has done what he said he was going too, was on time, conducted hisself professionally I would recommend many and son for all your heating/ac needs. He will not quit until the work is completed.

Manny Escobar is hereby recommended for outstanding service and professionalism. His diagnostic skills are extraordinary. He removed outdated and installed a new flute assembly, built a support stand, installed two new return air vents inside our home. He has now serviced my personal home as well as my rental properties.. Thanks Manny and Abel...

Manny & Son AC is a top-notch HVAC company! They did an outstanding job with our HVAC service, duct cleaning, and blown-in insulation. The team was professional, detailed, and efficient from start to finish. Our air quality improved immediately, and the new insulation is already preparing our home for the winter ahead. Honest, reliable, and excellent at what they do — highly recommend Manny & Son AC for HVAC, duct cleaning, and insulation needs!

Manny was absolutely fabulous to work with. He was professional, punctual, and consistently polite throughout the process. I was particularly impressed by his attention to detail; he provided comprehensive photos and videos of his observations along with clear, actionable recommendations. I look forward to working with him again and highly recommend his services.

Manny has been taking care of all of our HVAC systems here at St. Barnabas United Methodist Church for about a year and a half now, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. We have 47 units across our campus, and Manny consistently provides reliable, knowledgeable, and professional service.

He takes the time to explain what’s going on with each system, gives honest and practical advice, and always stands by his word. His pricing is very fair compared to others in the market, and the quality of his work is exceptional.

It’s rare these days to find someone whose integrity and craftsmanship stand out like Manny’s. He’s earned our full trust and respect, and I’d recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a dependable HVAC professional.
