Tyler is the nicest and extremely knowledgeable! He explained the process and the price was the price with no up charging. This company does it all! Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC! Everyone is extremely nice. Thank you and I will definitely recommend!!

I was advised by the technician to enroll in the membership program when I made a service call to this company. Over the past two years with the membership, they never proactively scheduled a maintenance visit.

In the first year, I had to call in the fall to ask why it hadn’t been scheduled, and I was told they were too busy. They did not perform the maintenance properly, as one of the systems broke down due to a dirty component they had failed to clean. They later charged me for the cleaning, even though it should have been done properly in the maintenance. The representative in a follow-up call agreed with me, but I never received a refund.

This year, they again failed to proactively schedule maintenance, and I had to call them when a system stopped functioning in the fall. They were unable to fix it at the first try, and since the system is more than 10 years old, I asked for a replacement quote. I ultimately decided to drop this company because their quote was nearly double the price of others quoted me.

I then called to cancel the membership, but they required a 30-day written notice, which I had never been made aware of and didn't agree to, and still charged me 20 days after I submitted the written notice.

Update: I made the call and they refunded the last membership charge.

Mike was great in doing a maintenance on our HVAC. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and thourough. He clearly explained what he was doing, answered all questions, and discussed possible future needs and actions. Very respectful and knowledgeable.

Michael Martinez is an AMAZING technician! He let me know when he was on his way, how long it would be to arrive and when he arrived at my home. He quickly went to work to diagnose the issues with my central ac unit. He even went to extra steps to see if he could repair my unit and get me up and running again. Michael is honest, hard-working, and dedicated to his craft. Will love to have him come out and service my ac in the future. COMFORT EXPERTS ROCK!

Jeremy came out on a Sunday to consult in regards to replacing the HVAC system. Very professional, very courteous. No nonsense, no bull. Thank you, jeremy, for taking pride in your job!

Daniel A. was courteous and professional while he worked today. He went above and beyond to help us understand the issue with our air unit. He worked quickly and quietly to assess the problem. Before he left, he made sure we understood the ways we could best maintain our air unit.

Mark, Jake, and Nate (again) installed my permanent lighting around the eaves of my house, and I couldn't be happier!! I previously submitted a review about Nate and his friendliness and professional demeanor. Well, these must be required characteristics that Comfort Expersts look for when hiring! All three technicians were personable and showed me everything they did along the way. Now I have functioning lights that light up around the house and garage! I'm 100% satisfied!!

Daniel and his team from Comfort Experts were great! They coordinated and completed a very big plumbing job (sewer line, new pipes and connections) at our home. His confidence in the project helped me trust that the job would be done right. Expertise, good communication, and a fair price!

Jake was absolutely wonderful! He handled everything in a professional and friendly manner. Watching him expertly remove my old ceiling fan and install the new one I bought was impressive. I also really appreciated how clean he left the space afterward—truly outstanding service!

Manny was very thorough and patient with his detail of analyzing our HVAC system. He showed us videos and gave us options in replacing and/or repairing. We chose to replace with a Lennox system in which the price was a very fair price for this type of system. He and his team did an outstanding job with the replacement and respected our home with care as they changed out the systems. I will use Manny and son 100% in the future. Give them a call, he was very reasonable.

Manny and Son is a very reliable, honest AC Company. Manny was straight and up front with his bid explaining everything he was going to do. My AC ducts were 27 years old and I wanted them replaced. They replaced the whole ductwork system, AC vents, added a vent in the living room, and a smaller return vent to accommodate my 3 ton unit. Along with replacing the return air plenum Manny placed the ducts coming from it in the correct positions to allow for better air flow and distribution. I would highly recommend Manny and Son Air-conditioning for any AC work you need.

I live in a creek bottom and scores of animals destroyed my air ducts so I wanted metal ducts to be installed. Not only were Manny and Sons the low bidder, but they were the most professional. They both counted and measured the vents unlike the other three bidders, and were straight talking and accurate. The result was perfectly installed metal ducts after working long and hard for two days. They in fact started the next day on time after I paid my deposit. They even cleaned my heater fan for free upon request.
