Great Service from Barrett’s. They communicated when when route and were on time. Completed the service quickly, checked multiple times the equipment was functioning as designed. Cleaned up any debris and removed from site. Highly recommend.

They truly care about their costumers their pricing is fair and they take time to explain your best solution to your problems! Their expertise is on point! I would and have recommended them to family and friends! Call Barrett’s Heating and Air conditioning when you’re in need of services! You won’t be disappointed! I would also like mention Josh who most recently came to my residence. He was very professional, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. In today’s times it’s hard to find good costumer service but like said before I have never been disappointed with anyone at Barretts in La Porte Tx.

We had an air-conditioning issue on a Saturday night that required immediate attention. We contacted Barrett's and a technician arrived within 30 minutes. He was professional, informative and friendly. Repair cost was very reasonable, considering it was a weekend call. We highly recommend this company for all your AC needs.

My AC was blowing hot Friday night and it was very uncomfortable for my wife and I. Saturday morning I got in touch with Barrett's and by 6:00 Saturday evening. I had cool air blowing again. The service was outstanding. Cory was very knowledgeable and did not waste any time resolving my problem. The cost for the service was very reasonable, especially for a Saturday. I highly recommend this company

I have been using Barrett’s AC service since 2022 and could not be happier. They are fair and honest when servicing your AC and heat system. Cory has been doing my yearly service checks and he is extremely professional and explains things without a lot of the technical jargon. He gets right to the point and is very well mannered in talking. Overall great company and service techs.

The condenser went out this afternoon on our AC unit. I called expecting them to come out tomorrow but they called and came out this evening. We're up and running. Very nice, personalble guy. We very happy with their service.

Our AC went out so our landlord called to have someone come out and repair it. The owner himself showed up. Instead of giving a quote he just fixed our unit. When our landlord told him he needed to give her a quote first he got an attitude and said he didn't have time or seconds. She asked him to wait a minute while she went to look and see if she had the money, in which he undid all his work and left. It is 85 degrees outside and I have 3 children, two of which are one year old twins. Because of his attitude my children have to suffer waiting for another company to come out all because he did not have an extra 5 seconds to be paid. I'm not sure what impact a review will have on this company. However, as a mother I do not appreciate your entitled owner causing my children unnessicary misery. You may not care about losing some money from a quick job, but I gaureentee you other parents with young children will think twice before using you after reading this.

Extremely punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to explain all repairs and corrections needed from the original contractor. I was impressed all throughout their work, took extra care not to track in dirt, and kept work areas extremely clean. Price for the work performed was more than fair; will definitely recommend to others.

After a three year nightmare with "Century Air Solutions, Llc....In Tomball, Tx (DO NOT USE!) I was at my wit's end. At this point I figured, anyone would be better, and I randomly called Air Value Heating & A/C. Terry was the technician that was dispatched to my home, he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was finally able, to not only find the problem but repair it as well! Unlike a lot of companies, who just want to replace parts, Terry did an extensive diagnosis and got to the root cause of the problem. He was thorough and explained to me exactly what happened. He even went above and beyond, and took before and after pictures so I had a visual to reference. He explained the pricing breakdown as well. He did a great job and now has a lifetime customer!
