Have been using D&D for over 10 years now and have never been disappointed or had an issue with them. They replaced 2 complete 30 year old systems for us including new ductwork about 18 months ago and we have not regretted the decision for a single second.

Recently moved into a new place with a 19 year old a/c unit. The old unit never cycled and barely kept the house cool. We Reached out to our old a/c guy in Houston who recommended Dale at D&D. Dale came out to the house and spent some time assessing our need and went over several options of new units to choose from. He also suggested adding an air intake. We decided to get all new duct work at the same time. Based on the recommendation and impressed with how thorough Dale was in his bid, we went with D&D. Very glad we did. In one very long day a very professional group of guys came out and removed the old unit and duct work and had the new 5 ton unit up and running that night. They relocated the new unit in the attic and hung all the new ducting. The crew left the front yard and house cleaner than they found it. And the contract price was the price we paid at the end. No surprises. Tech came out to double check all the work the next day. Dale followed up with a final inspection as well. Very pleased with the new a/c and with D&D. Highly recommend.

Weeks Electric wanted to charge me $2600 to change out a evaporator coil on a Lennox unit. Highway robbery!
D&D Climate Control charged me $1500 and re-routed one of my drains, fixed the ptrap, performed misc clean up and adjustments at no additional cost.
The honesty and care from the two technicians, Chris and Diego are unmatched by ANY OTHER AC COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED IN HOUSTON!
I will never use Weeks Electric or ARS again.
I felt cheated each and every time they came out.
ARS installed my brand new Lennox unit. For 6 years in a row they charged me for freon that leaked out of THEIR installed unit..
