Beyond expensive. Would not recommend this business at all.

Very quick service and responsiveness to all my questions prior to coming out. Showed up same day to really help me when I needed it. Great service, will use again in the future.

Worst ever! Fraudulent! Not even at the address shown here, it is a pediatric office. Plumbing nor electric done to code. They didnt pull a permit from city as required. The co manager wont call me back either. They are not even located in Texas. The charges came from Illinois and uts a Virginia state license!

HORRIBLE experience for hvac installation. Still having issues weeks after install. I have to call multiple times to speak to a mgr. The last repairman they sent joined my primary and secondary drain lines together and now its all fallen off and is leaking in my attic.

This is a company I would use again and tell you that I was very happy with them. Mark did a great job. He was on time, explained everything, and was very courteous. He did a thorough clean up after the work. I'm completely satisfied with the results. Very professional. Definitely recommend these guys.

Mark was extremely professional and well behaved throughout . We called him regarding an issue with our furnace. He established the issue and was quick to give the proper fix for the issue. Mark really know his stuff when it comes to furnace. I would highly recommend him and his company to all my friends and family.

Had Benson Heating & Air Service for plumbing work. Was very pleased with the quality service Mark provided. His work is meticulous. And he’s darned nice. Already have had two friends go to Mark for work, and they were completely happy with the result. Among us, we’ve had faucets, showers, water heaters, pipes, and vanity cabinet replacements done. The best in the business. I had several quote/conversations with many AC companies. I chose D&D they put in my entire unit AC and heater in the attic. I also had them redo all the ducting. Which I don't think most people know but it was insulated two times what my others were. House stayed cooler and my bill dropped 20% . I've had a few electrical blips where I thought my AC went out and they were at my house in in hour. I felt silly because nothing was wrong. If you want the best call D&D.

The entire process from start to finish with D&D was solid. The quote was competitive and detailed. Dale walked the job prior to quoting it and once again after acceptance to make sure everything was going to be just as I wanted it.
The crew was very respectful of my home and took great care in making sure there was as little mess as possible from the work. They cleaned up everything thoroughly before leaving.
The work itself is very high quality and makes a huge difference in both the appearance of my attic and in its functional space savings.

I would absolutely use them again! I called and they had someone out the next morning, worked with my schedule and did a great job! Very nice and even wore covers on his shoes when he came in!

We have used D&D for many years. They are always prompt and professional. About two years ago they installed a Air scrubber. We have four dogs and although we try to keep everything vacuumed and cleaned our house always still smelled like dogs. But with this new air scrubber it is so much better and the house smells so much fresher. It’s absolutely amazing. It gets rid of bacteria and germs. I am so glad that Dale recommended it. It’s definitely been worth the money. And it did not take very long to be installed. The lightbulb was replaced today. As always, D&D employees are very polite and kind. Would not use anybody else.
