Absolutely the best heating and air conditioning serve in the greater Houston/Galveston/Bay Area. No pressure selling of systems that will not meet your needs. They tell you up front what is needed, the costs, and how long to install. The repairs are made after diagnosing the problem, telling you what the options are in an easy to understand manner, and making the repairs you approved, without pressuring you into buying repairs you don't need.

This company is amazing. I have been using them for years and just recently had central air installed. What a blessing. This crew is thorough, professional and super friendly. I wouldn't consider any other company.

Our AC (19 years old) started squeaking at night, knew it was probably a bearing or motor. Decided to wait and call in the morning, woke up to the fan not running. Made a text form the website and called when they opened, and they had me already on the schedule. Made their way out at 9:30. Marcus showed up on time and was great, told me what the issue was, gave me a quoting price (it was the motor like we thought) Had one replaced within an hour. Walked me outside to show me some things on the unit and went inside to look inside attic to take a look at furnace. Said he would send me a quote just to look at since our was getting old. (Which we already knew)
And said we wouldn’t need anything replaced but the outside unit. (Such a good thing to hear bc we had heard before that we would have to have everything replaced bc it was all old)
Great work, great communication, prices were as expected and not overpriced. Will use again!

If your AC ever go out Barrett is the place to call. They were out here in no time and price is reasonable. Josh was the tech that came out to service my AC and he was so great thank y’all so much.

Had to call on a Saturday because our AC stopped working. They came out within 45 minutes and had the problem solved 10 minutes within them getting to our house. We will never use anyone else! Excellent service and very professional!

Josh came out to perform a winter PM. I told him of an issue I was having with part of my house not cooling and heating evenly. He adjusted dampers and he was able to improve circulation throughout house within minutes. Very happy with my service!

AC stopping cooling Sunday night at 11:30pm, I called and spoke with Josh who was professional and understood what the issue was. He arrived within 30 minutes to fix the problem.

Josh was well educated and addressed the issue, he was kind, professional and gave me tips on how to better take care of the unit.
