Updated review: (About 3 years later) AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! I called late in the afternoon and they fixed the heater the next day. It was during a hard freeze and I know they must have been getting a lot of calls. Just needed a switch that was inexpensive. They didn't try to sell me a whole new furnace like so many of the big repair companies do.

Original review: Great job by D&D! I called over Thanksgiving weekend and got a call back from a real person. She set an appointment for Monday, and even called with a troubleshooting tip for us to try in case it might save us a service call. Turned out our system really did need their help, so I heard from their technician Diego first thing Monday that he was on his way. He was on time, very professional and polite, and he fixed the HVAC the same day, even found the parts for this older unit. We will definitely call D&D Climate Control for all our future work!

I highly recommend D&D Climate Control. Recently, my 24 year old HVAC system needed to be replaced. Tony made the necessary repair to get my existing system working while Dale (owner) walked me through my options for a new system. Cassie kept me informed and insured that I understood my home would be kept comfortable, even if they had to temporarily install a window unit until the new system was up and running. Victor and his crew showed up early (7:30AM) the day of installation and got right to work. By 5:30PM, the new HVAC system was fully installed and running flawlessly. Dale and his wonderful and experienced staff took all the stress out of the process. You won't regret choosing D&D Climate Control.

10/10. First of all- D&D employees look SHARP. Second, the whole staff is so helpful and courteous. Anytime you’re in need of a repair, it can be a stressful time but everyone at D&D makes it so much easier. Chris and Alex are awesome.

Amazing service, very polite and professional. My 5 year old HVAC system (installed by another company) failed. Tony not only got it up and running (a bad start capacitor), but installed a "micro-air EasyStart", and he and Dale fixed a drainage issue that the original installers -at the other company- knowingly left broken. Marijane was fun to work with! D&D went above and beyond! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Also, if you don't have an EasyStart on your system, get one! I've done a year worth of research on them. They'll extend the life of your compressor, save you money on the power bill, quiet the system startup down, and allow you to run your AC on a portable generator a lot easier.

Everyone I spoke with at D&D Climate Control was very friendly and helpful. They were able to get a technician (Tony) out the same day I called and he had everything back up and running within 45 minutes. Great service!

D&D worked on our units with multiple issues and as a customer was very satisfied with their work and prices. I highly recommend their services.

It is such a blessing to have Tony and Dale come and do everything they can to keep our units running. They are so dependable and honest, always trying to save us money in whatever they do. My trust is in D & D and has been for many years! Excellent company!

D&D Climate Control was very quick to respond to my service call. Their communication throughout the process was excellent via phone, text, and email. A technician, Diego, arrived on time with company vehicle, uniform and tools. He listened carefully and then went to work. He managed to pinpoint my A/C issue. I asked for a quote to replace my A/C and heating and received many options that same day. Thank you!

I called because my breaker kept tripping to my AC. Tony came out within twenty minutes of my call, troubleshooted the problem right away, repaired it and checked the entire unit, and was gone within an hour. Excellent customer service, affordable and quick response time. I recommend D and D for all your ac needs and only wish there were more people in the world like Tony!

I am a regular customer of D&D for my 80 year old mother’s home. After the hurricane blew through her ac stopped cooling last night the temp got to upper 80’s inside. I called D&D Climate Control this morning and was able to get them out to my mom’s house to quickly make the repair.

The technician, Victor, was fantastic. He was extremely kind to my mother and made her feel comfortable while working on the ac system.

I am a fan of D&D Climate Control. If you are looking for a new company to service your ac or heat, then I encourage you to give them a call.

UPDATE!
We recently had a sensor fail, something that almost never happens, on a Saturday no less!
The owners and their service tech Diego worked until we were up and running again, even getting a store manager to open up for the part. I can’t praise them enough, the best company We’ve ever dealt with.

Next update, I’ve just had the fall maintenance service, I continue to be impressed with this company, can’t say enough good things about them, I highly recommend this company!

And I just want to add that everyone, from the office to the owners to every Technician that has done the maintenance or worked on the unit, everyone has been the most helpful and professional folks I’ve ever done business with in my 72 years.

We have been customers since a year after we bought our home. They come out every spring and fall to assure us that the ac and furnace are ready for the season. Of course the expense of a maintenance plan brings me great peace of mind and if there is a problem there is no service charge for them to come trouble shoot. They fixed it easily the time I had to call them out, a switch burned out… All the people have been great, staff, dispatch, techs! They keep us informed of arrival times, delays if any, costs. Very nice to deal with. Thanks, y’all!

We woke up yesterday morning to an AC that wasn't cooling. They came out the same day and fixed our issue. We were very impressed with our technician, Diego. He was kind and professional.

Dale and his guys are the real deal. Had a full air duct replacement done by these guys a couple months ago and I don’t have a single complaint. Dale explained in full detail what was wrong with my previous ductwork and exactly what they were going to do to correct it. His technicians were very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Yesterday, the fan motor went out on my condenser so I called D & D Climate Control. They fit me into a fully booked schedule to diagnose the problem and came back the same afternoon with the difficult to find part that was needed to make the repair. Tony, a technician, worked late ensure we didn’t spend another night without A/C and appeared happy to be able to help. The customer service is top notch and we will 100% be calling D & D Climate Control for ANY future HVAC needs.
