Air conditioner went out - in June, of course. Barrett's was out a couple of hours after the call. Scheduled a crane to come out the next morning to lift the unit up to the second story. Crew arrived at 7:30 am to start dismantling the old unit, crane arrived at 7:45. Amazing work! I've used Barrett's for many years, and will continue!

Love Barretts...honest and quick to respond. I called in to report a problem, they were at my home within the hour. Great company and dependable people.

My father was a residential home contractor in the 60’s, and built homes in Deer Park. For most of the 70’s his work was mainly commercial construction in Pasadena, where we lived. The early 80’s saw him building homes again around Lake Houston until the economy, if you’ll remember, offered a new direction in lead detection on municipal contracts. With all this said, my point is I grew up in and around and working with the many people and trades required. With a fairly firm understanding of what distinguishes top tradesmen from the mediocre, I can honestly say that the folks at Barrett’s H&A/C are the best recommendation and absolutely the ones you want to call. They handle all the HVAC at my residence as well as at my business in La Porte. Their customer oriented attitude combined with their expertise and ability are just some of the reasons I’m grateful to have them in my corner.

Bryan the owner arrived on scheduled ready to work. Have use Barrett's soon after buying home in 1990. Our ac and heating units was replaced 2021. Has been very well maintained. Bryan did the yearly PM on the heating system. Our AC and HTR system issues have always responded during minor Malfunctions. Repairs which were reasonably priced. Our recent installation included a full system upgrade including the duct system. Cost to run system reduced and a much better controlled house temperature. This included the very much improved cooling to our 2nd floor family room. Do highly recommend Barrett's for all your ac and heating equipment needs.

I have used Barrett’s for over 25 years. They are on time, courteous and are honest and transparent in their service. I highly recommend and have them come out in the spring and fall for maintenance. It makes a difference going into summer.

Our A/C stopped blowing cold air on a Saturday. We called Barrett and they had a tech out within a hour. They were extremely fast to get us taken care of. Turns out a clogged drain in the attic was causing a shutoff switch to engage. Pricing was extremely reasonable, even with an after hours call out fee. I 100% recommend these guys for HVAC needs.

I found myself in need of ac help after hours. I called Barrett’s and they were extremely helpful. They talked with me and gave suggestions and offered to come out that evening or the following morning. Made an appointment for following morning. They showed up a few minutes early and got right to work!!! Super professional , knowledgeable and courteous.

My A/C stopped working overnight. I called Barrett's in the morning before they were open and left a message. The technician returned my call within 30 minutes and assured me that someone would get to my house by early afternoon. As it turned out, he arrived within the hour and had my unit back up and running quickly.

Rarely do I find a company that does everything right, but Barrett’s did….twice. I was involved in 2 projects, back to back. I have nothing but good things to say.
There prices were fair, they were prompt, polite, used good materials and equipment and cleaned up aftet themselves.

We left a message after hours and received an immediate call back. We didn’t feel our issue warranted a late night service call so they set us up with an appointment for first thing the next morning. The owner himself came out and identified a potential root cause. He added Freon to get our system cooling again and asked us to reach back out if certain parameters weren’t reached within two hours. Those parameters weren’t reached and they dispatched a technician quickly, who confirmed that our evaporator coil needed to be replaced. The new system was installed the next day.

We’ve been using Barrett for almost 30 years and were disappointed when we moved out of their service area a few years ago. Thankfully we’re now back in their service area and this most recent experience reminded us what incredible customer service they offer. We are so glad to have them back as our go to HVAC service provider. We can’t recommend them enough to anyone needing HVAC services.

Barrett’s AC came out to my residence after hours due to my air conditioner issues. I left a voicemail due to it being after hours and promptly received a call back. The technician that came out to service the air conditioner was very professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. He explained what the issue was and how he was going to correct it. We purchased our unit from Barrett’s Air Conditioner due to all the positive reviews we read and other people that had nothing but great things to say about them. Thank you Barrett’s AC for all you have done for us.

Have used Barrett's for about 30 years. Honest, professional, prompt service. Called at 4:53 yesterday to schedule yearly maintenance, they showed up the next morning to service me. The only AC business in La Porte as far as we are concerned. You will not be disappointed. Thanks guys!
