Bay Area Chimney Sweep did a fantastic job! They were courteous, fast and very professional. In addition to the chimney we had cleaned we had a dryer vent that up through the wall and out the side of the house. While the clothes were still drying fine, it was an accident waiting for a place to happen. It was almost embarrassing how clogged up it was. I highly recommend these folks to take care of your dryer/ chimney issues!

As all the reviews I previously read here, this company delivers knowledge, skills, & customer service, which is a missing art in this day & time. Even just running 10 mins late due to appointment ahead of me, I was called & they showed up ready to work. No 2-4 hours of window time. They cared for my home covering the work space of my home as they cleaned, swept & vacuumed from bottom to upward of chimney, got on my roof, took pictures to share with me, adjusted covering & calked areas in my pit, answered all questions & reminded me of safety features for enjoying my fireplace that I have not used in years! No hard sells, no up sells, already sharing their contact info with friends.

For two years in a row, Bay Area has done a great job maintaining our fireplace. Dale and his crews do an amazing job at a reasonable price. They clean up the work area and are always prompt and professional.

This company exceeded our expectations! Our AC stopped working yesterday and we called them and they were able to come look at it the very next day, they were super knowledgeable and easy to understand. We ended up replacing our outside unit and it was done the same day, they did not try to upcharge us or make us replace the whole system which was great considering the experiences we have had in the past with other companies. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends and family.
