I heard about Texcellent AC on Patriot radio 920. They stated on the commercial that they were experts in airflow problems. I decided to have them come out and check my unit as I was not happy with the airflow I was getting. Technician Jesus Salazar came out and did diagnostics on the system and made some adjustments. He was not in a hurry and was able to make some precise adjustment to make the unit work better. I would highly recommend Texcellent AC for any repairs on HVAC systems.

I originally called Platinum AC to come out and they charged $90 to spend maybe 10 mins , after showing up an hour late. This company, though, spent almost an hour doing maintenance on the system and it's working far better. Highly recommended.

Professional and courteous service. They have been on time each time I have used them. Fair pricing and no high pressure up charges on items you don't need.

Great response time for Friday night after normal business hours. Terry was at my door in 30 minutes!!
He was very thorough in checking both the outdoor and attic units, only to find the problem was in the fuse. Nevertheless, the problem was solved and my suffering in this Houston humidity was short lived. Thanks Terry!!!

I called them at 6:30 on a Friday because my air handler wasn’t blowing any air. They had someone here in about an hour. He was quick to diagnose and offer a same-day solution. Explained everything he checked and found, and what he wanted to do to fix the issue. I gave him the go ahead and he was done replacing the blower motor in about an hour and we were up and running! Highly recommend them. Super easy to communicate with, and the invoice was incredibly detailed and even included recommendations for what to keep in mind since our system is aging.

I was very impressed with Texcellent. They were extremely professional and honest. The plan they proposed to address the issues at my home was comprehensive and straightforward. They answered every question that I had. The team of guys who came to do the installation of the new ductwork were super polite, professional, efficient, tidy—they cleaned up so well each day before they left that I was hardly aware there was major work going on at my home. Highest recommendation.

Terry McWilliams spent time reviewing the situation and did a great job discussing what options we would have. He installed new plumbing pipes for A/C unit and brought it up to code. It has been a year and we have had no problems. He is honest and does a great job explaining what needs to be done and why. Highly recommend using him.

The guy came and did an above and beyond inspection and repair on our AC system. I highly recommend this company! We really did not do anything with the maintenance from 6 years so it really needed best time to get it done as it is not needed yet.

In the middle of our annual Kids Halloween party we had an AC emergency. I tried 4 others in a Google search before finding Texcellent. Not only was the call friendlier, and much more compassionate, he agreed to squeeze us in same day. I cancelled just before they were to arrive but Texcellent came out anyway, took a quick look, and advised my husband on possible issues/solutions - no charge. We will definitely be looking into using Texcellent as our permanent AC techs!

Highly recommended and thus I used them for a recent issue I had with my outside unit. They worked around a limited time slot that I had, and showed up on time. Send a text to let me know the were on the way along with a picture of the expected tech. Tech showed up and quickly found the issue. Tech did a quick sweep around the unit and in the attic to make sure everything was ok. The invoice came with pictures attached of work done to show what they actually did. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for customer first service.
