Quick and Professional A/C service. My Technician contacted me prior to arrival and at arrival. I didn't feel like I was waiting around I knew exactly when he would arrive. He diagnosed the issue, explained to me why it needed to be replaced. He had the part on his truck and quickly replaced it. Awesome customer service! Highly recommend.

Called for after-hours service when my air conditioner stopped cooling and had a technician at my house diagnosing my problem in under 30 minutes. Luckily it was a simple fix and he was in and out just as quickly. Kind, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. And honestly the cost wasn't that bad either considering it was after 10pm on a weekend.
Will absolutely be using them again.

I used Texcellent for the purchase and installation of my A/C system. I felt they did an excellent job. I recently had an issue with the heat not working. I called them on Saturday. They came here in about 2 hours and found the thermostat had failed. It was replaced and the system works perfectly now. The expense was covered under their warranty.

Came out and fixed the Ac same day service. Got out as quickly as possible and had the system back up and running in no time. Gave me detailed explanation of the issue. Happy Customer. Hope to not have to ever call them again in the future, but if I do I will call them for sure.

Jesus Salazar is the man! I had three different companies attempt to fix my A/C issues and they couldn't do it. The core issue was a severed connection between my indoor unit and the outdoor unit. Jesus was able to locate the piece of the wire that was remaining and reconnect it. I didn't have A/C for months prior to this! Huge thanks to Jesus and the Texcellent team for their hard work.

Terry came out on afriday evening, checked things out and spotted the issue quickly. He unclogged the lines, cleaned out the condenser cage and coils, repaired an electrical line showing. Very dillegent and helpful. Great customer service !

Terry over at Texcellent is awesome! My AC is OLD and went out late in the evening and didn’t think anyone would be able to come out late to fix it but Terry came out and was able to diagnose it being a seized fan motor. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue but was also able to get me a replacement motor by the end of the day. Really appreciated how he didn’t pressure me to replace the whole system and instead provided me the option to fix my current unit. Will definitely be replacing my AC unit with him once my current AC finally dies.

Excellent Texcellent Technicians arrived as scheduled and went right to work, explaining in detail the issues with my AC Unit...They did not rush thru this project to go to another assignment, they took their time checking every component while advising me...This is my 2nd time I have utilized Texcellent for my AC...I am completely Happy with their service...!!!!

Mr. Jesus Salazar came out today and restored sanity to my house by fixing our A/C unit at an EXTREMELY REASONABLE rate. He arrived on time after giving me ample notice that he was on his way. Our a/c wasn’t cooling the night before hosting a celebration at our home. It was a Saturday evening so after calling and leaving messages to several 24 hour hvac companies Texcellent A/C repair was the only one to call back and show up Sunday morning to solve our problem. Jesus, the technician, was superb in explaining the issue and taking care of our needs. I’ve used them twice and they’ve been nothing short of professional and knowledgeable in their field.
