This was my first time to use Tree Shepherds. I was very impressed. Stan came out and we walked the yard and he answered a bunch of questions I had about our many trees, he advised me on what we needed to do as well as advising on some pruning we probably shouldn't do. He marked and tagged and photographed all of the items we discussed. We had two large trees removed that were in bad shape and pruned multiple trees and also removed mistletoe. The crew was great and friendly and very professional.

Tree Shepherds pruned our trees on January 19th. Abraham, Jaylee, & Marcus did great work! Abraham walked through job with me before and after - taking good care of the trees with removing dead or other branches that needed to be removed & shaping all of them for growth. We had a dead tree that our yard guy had removed but left laying in yard. They took care of this for us! Great job! Would recommend them!

I’m very happy with the service from Tree Shepherds! The team is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. What stood out most is that they don’t just trim based on requests, they have a certified arborist (in our case, John) who evaluates your trees and property and recommends the best approach.

The crew (Jordan, Joseph, and Marco) was kind, respectful, and worked efficiently. They left everything clean, and the team leader even helped coordinate with my neighbors to access their yard so the job could be done properly.

Needed 8-10 trees of varying size trimmed and generally cleaned out before they start to bloom. From the gentleman who came out to bid the job to the three-member crew who came out today to do the work, it could not have been a better experience. All showed up on time, they were all personable, knowledgable, and professional, and they answered all our questions completely. IOW, they showed up, did what they said they would, and did it well. Can’t ask for more. I highly recommend Tree Shepherds. Another crew will be coming out soon to grind four old stumps we have. Your colleagues have set the bar high, boys!

We’ve used Tree Shepherds twice now- once for our mulberry tree last year and again for our pear tree last week. John handled both assessments and was very helpful with answering all our questions. The crew last week (Red, Travis, and Tyler) did a fantastic job; they were efficient and left our yard tidy after the job was done. Highly recommend!

The Tree Shepherd team did an excellent job on both our front and back yard. John was our salesperson, and his crew — Abe, Jaylee, and Marcus — were outstanding.

They started at 7:30 AM and worked hard all day on our project. Communication was excellent from start to finish. John met with his team that morning and walked the property with us to make sure everyone was on the same page before getting started.

When the job was complete, everything was trimmed perfectly and the yard was left clean and neat.

This is our second time using Tree Shepherd, and we will definitely use them again. Highly recommend! Five Stars !!!

Joseph, Jordan and Oz were very prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. I am completely satisfied with the work they did taking care of my trees. I recommend Tree Shepherds to anyone needing their trees trimmed. It makes a HUGE difference when a CERTIFIED ARBORIST does the work as opposed to a bunch of guys with a saw and a chipper. I am very satisfied.

Love this company! Wanted our Oak tree pruned for HOA regulations but we love our tree so much and wanted the best of the best. We wanted the tree to still be full and natural and cut correctly, not just hacked away at, so we spent some time researching different companies and saw that Tree shepherds had great reviews, certified arborists and good prices so decided to give them a try.
John the Arborist came by to the estimate and review the trees and he was so knowledgeable! It was so interesting to hear all the facts about my tree and the best way to prune and care for it. Another certified Arborist also named John came back another day to add some treatment to my 3 cypress in the back and was a delight to work with. Thank you to both John’s for the information and professional services!

When the crew came to trim the tree, they were on time and did a wonderful job. Our crew consisted of Jaylee, Jordan and Phil, and they were professional and friendly. One of the crew members climbed the tree to trim the top and inside in order to tip weight reductions and encourage internal canopy growth, (info learned from arborists!), he was very careful not to break any unnecessary branches. They took care not to step on my plants below the oak, trimmed where needed and even when they were ready to pack up and I mentioned there was a branch I didn’t like, before I could even ask or finish my sentence they were happily grabbing their tools to cut it. For someone who has high anxiety with services like this, this crew made me feel so comfortable and relaxed which I appreciate more than ANYTHING. If I didn’t feel this comfortable, I wouldn’t have mentioned the branch and had regretted it later. After, they racked up all the leaves and acorns, leaf blowed the sidewalk, swept the street and cleaned up the mess. Thank you so much Jordan, Jaylee and Phil!

I will definitely be calling Tree shepherds again when I need tree service done. I wish I got better pictures but the house was barely visible and the branches were so low to street I could grab it. They did an excellent job. 10/10

I have enjoyed the faithful service and quick updates after it is completed. I also appreciate that when we wanted to address an issue we were concerned about that they listened and fixed the problem.

Prompt service, easy to talk with and bounce ideas off of. Removed 7 yr old UV/ozone system, added chlorinator and installed mineral system. Will use again in future.

Worst pool cleaning company I have ever used. They are unqualified, will avoid adding chemicals to balance water at all cost.

We just started using them for my father in laws pool. They do a great job. They send you pictures of before and after. Nice touch.
