Lloyd Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my couch and love seat. They went above and beyond I was expecting they would do. They even vacuumed all the dog hair from under the couches. Highly recommended.

Lloyd's Carpet Cleaning offered great carpet cleaning services at a good price. They (Karen and Cutter) were very professional and extremely responsive over the telephone answering all of my questions and helping to make the proper schedule arrangements with my son's apartment complex to clean the carpets after he moved out. Wow!!!! Cutter is very responsive and got me on the schedule asap. Tim did an AMAZING JOB on our carpets. Even pretty much got the sharpie letter out of our white carpet that the 4 year old decided to draw!!

Lloyd carpet cleaning was an excellent experience for us. Booking was easy, the two man crew communicated their ETA the day of and the end result was just what we were looking for. They produced a high quality cleaned from and tile at a competitive rate. Next time we need our floor cleaned we will give them a call.

Someone we use for our boat recommended Lloyd to clean our boat carpet and we ended up having them come to our homes to clean house 7 rooms. They got every stain out and were so professional and did an excellent job. We have now recommended them to all our friends and family as it is so hard to find a carpet cleaning company who does both great work but doesn't rip people off based on their zip codes. WE ARE 110% COMPLETELY SATISFIED and will be using Lloyd for all carpet needs moving forward.

We needed a last minute carpet cleaning after we found out the cleaning service we hired doesn’t shampoo carpets. Front desk receptionist was so helpful and friendly! They were able to schedule the carpet cleaning the same day I called, arrived on time, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Have now used Lloyd's Carpet cleaning service 4 times. Twice for the whole house cleaning and twice for our living room area rug. This last time was for our area rug. When I called, I offered to drop off the rug as we were in a time crunch. Instead of dropping it off, they came and picked it up and then delivered it two days later! Clean, fresh and ready to go! They were on time as usual, the price was very fair and did a great job on cleaning the rug! We have 3 cats and a large dog so the rug gets a lot of action. When the rug came back, you would swear an animal has never touched it! Great job guys! Highly recommend!

Good company. The guy who came was professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time, explained the cleaning process/treatment, and was very thorough. He took his time and removed some pretty bad pet stains. Carpets look great. And the company was also the most affordably priced. My wife is picky, and even she was impressed.

They do such amazing work! They are flexible with scheduling and they bend over backwards to meet your needs! I’m so thankful to have found such an amazing business to keep houses cleaned and maintained. The work they have done is definitely worth at least 10 stars. The carpets look new and fresh! Wonderful experience! Our carpet is old and was badly stained. The tech was promptly on time and very friendly, No Hard Sell. He pre-treated the stains and professionally cleaned the carpets. Our carpets look great, smell fresh and NO stains! I am still amazed at how great they look. Highly recommend Lloyd Carpet Cleaning. They will do a great job at a reasonable price. Lloyds was amazing! First the quality of their work was OUTSTANDING! But I called them VERY last minute as we had a family emergency and they made it happen to come out same day. Had a great and caring attitude, did an amazing job on the carpets and pricing was fair and reasonable. They have a customer for life! And I will refer them to EVERYONE I know

The service was great and we were very satisfied with the end results. The tech showed up a few minutes before the appointment and was very friendly. We got our couch cleaned and a dog urine stain on the carpet removed. Great pricing and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend!
