This is the best company for heating and A/C. Have called on Allenaire many times for rental houses and for our home. Wonderful service. Very knowledgeable. Trustworthy. Dealing with Steve you know you are getting the best advice and service.

Always dependable and “HONEST” service. Just had them come out today (third time I have used them over several years) to repair one of my units. Some ac companies would have tried to replace the whole unit when it just a $50 part like today. You can trust Allenaire to do what’s right. Also, each job has been right, never had to call them back for the same issue (or unit).

It was freezing and my vents were not blowing heat. All of the other companies were booked. Allenaire showed empathy and understood my situation and sent someone out the same day in a timely manner. The tech name was chris or john I cant remember but he was soooo nice and professional. He got the job done and they charged a reasonable price. If I have issues this rating may change...but so far so good. Happy customer :)

My AC has been running and my thermostat hadn't turned off for 3 days now. I panicked and started looking for someone to fix the problem. I found Allenaire Service Company on the Nextdoor app. When I called I spoke with Kim, she was attentive to my needs and very professional.
Allenaire Technician Gary came out within hours from my call. Gary checked the outside unit, the thermostat, and the upstairs unit in the addict. He found the problem... it wasn't my thermostat as we thought and the fix was way cheaper than I was prepared to pay. I recommend this truth worthy company.

I’m writing this review especially for women and the elderly. I highly recommend Allenaire if you don't want to be taken advantage of. They offer great service and resolve problems efficiently. This is my second experience with this company in five years, and both times, the technicians have been competent, honest, and prompt. They have never made unnecessary repairs, and their prices are more than fair. Highly ethical company and strongly recommended.

My husband and I are happy with the service from Allenaire Service Company. Last year, we had a big problem with our A/C that was fixed by an AC company, but the performance was not satisfactory. Finally, we made contact with Allenaire S C, and for the first time, Stephen took care of our A/C. He was thoroughly with his work, we were happy about it.
This year, Aug 5, Phillip, resolved another problem with our A/C. He was also great in doing the service for our A/C.
We don't hesitate to recommend Allenaire Service Company to whoever who wants the good service for their A/C.

WOW!!! I'm a older cancer patient who was recently without air for 3wks. First Am warranty was told by THEIR contractor I needed a new HVAC. Quotes were from $7-10k and the warranty was only paying a little over $1k. Unable to pay I put a fan in the window. Coming home to 81 degrees after cancer treatments. I saw a review for Allenaire. Called Ms Kim and made an appt but Mr Allen came out that evening to inspect. Came back the next day and SAVED my old unit and its colder than ever. Caps were left off, different coolants combined, he worked into the night to repair it. HONEST, FAIR, CARING, EXTREMELY REASONABLE, VERY RELIABLE COMPANY!!!! I thank God for this company 🙏🏾

Our air started blowing warm/hot Friday evening shortly after 6:00 (of course this couldn’t have started Friday morning, right?!?) but by Saturday noon, Allenaire was at our house. Within an hour or so he figured out the problem and was able to get it fixed! Nothing like your AC going out in the middle of summer, but it’s so great he was able to come so quickly, knew what he was doing, and got the job done. Very nice guy, too. We are so grateful!!! This company was recommended by Chris, a former employee. Musty sock syndrome in AC. Called two BigBox companies to to resolve the problem & after $3500. later same problems. Milestone & Ellis Air were the 2 companies. UV light installed, oxidation installed,deep duct cleaning was done, coils cleaned, supposedly, air freshener applied. $3500 later, SAME PROBLEM. Philip from Allenaire Svc Co came out & sprayed coils with 2 Bio chemicals. He sprayed top bottom, sides & waited a while & sprayed again. My son said he sprayed something else also. This is a small family owned company, & I will use them for the rest of my life. Big Box companies are not always the best. I recommend Allenaire Svc Co 💯 percent. This HVAC company installed a Daikin air conditioner in our home. All of my interactions with Ida were characterized by lightning-fast responses, crystal-clear details, and a general feeling of satisfaction. Despite a minor electrical snag, the installation went off without a hitch other than that. Impressive in every way.

The technical staff performed a fantastic job. These workers spent the whole day cleaning the ducts, replacing parts of them, and installing an HVAC system. When they were done, they cleaned up. For any service they offer, Repair is a company I wholeheartedly endorse.

Called David’s Services and Benard came by within 3 hours, calling before his arrival. He performed a complete check on our heating system and correct issues. Service costs were very reasonable and Benard was a pleasure to work with!! I don’t leave many reviews but am happy to leave this one and would highly recommend David Services for your HVAC needs!
