LIFE SAVER!!! Without the GREAT service from Sharpe Services we would have experienced a very uncomfortable night and possibly a few uncomfortable night. Our furnace went out just before the big December 2022 freeze here in Texas. Jared from Sharpe Services went above and beyond from the start. He tried just about everything on our 22 year-old furnace before recommending a new unit. I have full confidence that Jared did all he could to save us money. What is really special was that he was able to install the new furnace the next day which was great as the freeze was arriving that evening. Jared was very professional and cordial. We are very happy with the new Ruud furnace. It is much more quiet than our Lennox was. Thanks so much to Sharpe Services. Finally, Pricing was very reasonable.

They were excellent! There were some structural challenges they ran into during the installation and they communicated well the whole time and even brought in extra help on short notice to get it done. They were very careful to protect the working area and make sure everything was done cleanly and in a workman like manner. We had a toddler running around and they were very careful and communicative.

I’m so happy that my AC got serviced by Sharp. Since I started the warranty claim, Lory was great on following up on appointments and Jarred has done great job saving my old unit. Thank you guys for the great customer service and honesty!

Replaced condenser and evaporator coil. Better communications than majority of service companies. Respectful of time and details. Handled details with home warranty company well. Jared ( the lead tech) was knowledgeable, skilled, quick, and very good communicator. I think Sharpe will be my go-to AC company now. Didn’t know of them prior to call out from home warranty company-Do now!

Came out to do a warranty repair and discovered the 30 year old furnace was shot. Jared did a quick fix to get us through a few more days while waiting on the warranty to process the new equipment. Upon receiving the new equipment, Jared got it all installed and ready to go in a quick and professional manner. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and educated us as well. Great service all the way around!

Jared and his team replaced our unit and they have been amazing. Their quality and attention to detail is 5 stars and their respect for homeowners big purchases shows in the way they will not rest until your unit is the most efficient it can be.

The service provided by Sharpe has been top notch. We had an upstairs unit go out a couple of weeks ago and they worked diligently with the Warranty company to get us a new unit versus a “patch job”. Last night our downstairs unit quit on us and they were more than willing to provide us with great service while we are still in limbo waiting on the warranty company to even respond! If there was ever a company that truly cared about your well-being, Sharpe Services is that company. This is a confident group with a lot of HVAC knowledge and expertise, especially for the South Houston area. Lori went above and beyond to help me with my failing HVAC system. She made the effort to understand my current situation and worked with me to make the best decision for my home. She will definitely teach you a lot! Jared and Alex were great to have because they focused on getting the work done right. I look forward to working with them again for upkeep but I hope I don't need to call for any major issues. Even if I had to, I feel much more confident with them handling it.

Sharpe Services is the best. The tech was knowledgeable and efficient. James kept me informed every step of the process. The company installed a window unit so that I would be comfortable until they replaced my HVAC system the next day. The owner is exceptional. Ms. Painter set me up with a repairman within hours of my request and was able to answer all my questions and concerns expertly.

So total transparency - The owner of Sharpe Services is indeed my sister so being upfront about that! - But leaving a review none the less as I have used her services recently & was very happy with it! Air conditioner went out over this past weekend & had to get an entirely new unit installed which it was about time for so not surprised... Lori got a technician out to diagnose the issue within hours & had the new unit purchased, installed & running for us within a couple days even with the weekend. We're on the island in a multiresidential condo building as well & on second floor with air units on roofs... She had to get a crane out here to lift it last minute as well & did so with flying colors... Pricing was as good as it's gonna get for a new unit & install these days & does seem like her crew did it all thoroughly & correctly... Hadn't had an issue with air since she installed it & was cool inside within couple hours max. I was extremely happy with how quickly she got it done & I love that she's communicative about what's being done, why, what it costs, etc. The information is nice bc I have no basic knowledge or experience with air conditioning as is the case for many I'm sure. Sharpe Services was prompt, fairly priced, transparent & did it all up right without cutting corners or sacrificing quality. I'm impressed. Good stuff. Highly recommend.
