Will Holliger did a great job diagnosing an issue with my A/C system and was able to answer all of my questions. He allowed me to watch him work and educated me about the condition of the rest of my HVAC system. While informing me of his company’s other services, he did not try to push me into a product or use sales tactics to charge me more than what was appropriate. Because of his honest and efficient work ethic, I would trust him to handle future HVAC repairs and maintenance for my home.

This has been a few months I will admit but when I saw their trucks driving around town I figured I would make my review. On 8/31, I called Bobs cause my AC stopped working when I came home from work. They had great reviews, I figured it was a no brainer. They got a guy out several hours later and after him poking around and not really working on anything for about 20 mins, he quotes me 17k in repairs basically saying I needed a entirely new AC and they offer payment plans if I cannot afford it. Long story short, I called my home warranty company, 200 dollar co-pay, they fixed the 500 dollar part, AC is working just fine. 98 fee to diagnose incorrectly, never calling BOBS again!

Lance and Jacob were very professional. Top notch work. They ran a new dedicated 20 amp GFCI Arc protected circuit and installed a ceiling mount bathroom light/heater/vent combination. Also installed new ceiling light fixture and switch in shop. On time, on budget. Great experience.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Will and this company! First off, when you call in, your greeted warmly while they help you figure out scheduling. Second, they are open weekends!!! Our AC went out Friday night, they were here within just a few hours of calling for service. Will, our technician, was amazing. He talked us through each step and explained everything. Bobs AC does it again. Fast, reliable service with no up-selling, just what’s needed to fix a problem. In Texas, an AC is an investment and just as important is an AC repair/installer you can trust. Bob’s AC has been my choice for over 20 years and they’ve always been great. This time it was only a thermostat needed, but in the past I’ve had, new units, or duct work, regular maintenance, etc, they handle all sorts of jobs and have the experience. My past units have lasted 10 years or more. I signed up for a regular service plan which over time will save me some money as I get regular checkups to maintain my new warranty. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable technicians. You do not want to mess around with your AC.

I wanted to recommend Bob’s AC for your air-conditioning needs. We had two other reputable companies come out and give us quotes, but unfortunately they misdiagnosed the issue with our unit. Sean from Bob’s Again Heat took his time, performed a full diagnostic, and discovered it was a completely different part causing the problem. He even showed us exactly what was wrong with the unit. By far a 5-star experience.

We had a great experience with Bob’s AC & Heating & Electrical. Jacob and Lance were the electricians who came out, and they were fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They replaced an outside light, a light in our storage area, upgraded our under-cabinet puck lights to a strip light, and replaced two light fixtures. Everything was done efficiently and looks great. Will resolved the problem by turning on the gas which, for some reason, was not noticed until a house inspection was done. Bob's serviced my home promptly for about 14 years with emergency repairs and warranty services for air conditioners, Generac generator, maintenance, fans and other elecrical work. I have recommended Bob's to the new homeowners and hope they will contact you. I always recommend Bob's whenever someone asks for a recommendation. I have used Bob’s Air Conditioning & Heating for over 25 years. They have done everything for me from a seasonal system check to a complete replacement of my heating, AC and ductwork. It is always the same professional service. Today was a seasonal system checkup and Danny Ross arrived on-time and was very professional and thorough. He noticed a problem that the original installation contractor (not Bob’s) had made and corrected that issue. Bob’s is my Heating and AC service company of choice. You will be very happy with them.
