I called 15 minutes before closing and the person answering the phone was not concerned with my business. He told me over the phone if I got there after they were closed, that I could purchase the part I was needing from next door.

I gave my business to the folks next door and they had the part I was seeking. I'm giving 2*, one for answering the phone and the other for advising me to purchase next door.

Joshua hooked me up with a Capacitor on a Sat. morning after AC went out in the middle of the night. Unlike other places they sell to retail customers and at a fair price. This will be my goto HVAC place for all of my AC needs. Thanks Reece and Joshua for helping me to cool down.

I needed a replacement furnace blower motor, and was having trouble finding a supply house that would sell to homeowner even though I wasn’t wanting anything refrigerant related. Ferguson helped me out, I was in and out in 10 mins and they were super friendly.

We have used Bob's Air Conditioning for years and again just recently. They have been unfailingly trustworthy, reliable, and reasonable, plus they do excellent work, which is why we are repeat customers. Losing your air conditioning in East Texas a major problem that needs timely service you can count on, so we call Bob's.

First the good: Bob’s installed my HVAC system several years ago and did at least a 4.5 star job on it, So when I had an electrical problem I called (without an appointment) for two dead electrical receptacles in my kitchen. One was a GFI and the other was a receptacle that I suspected piggybacked off of the GFI receptacle. This is how I reported it. Within a very short time, less than an hour, I received a phone call from a technician and shortly thereafter two electricians arrived. They quickly discovered that I had not properly reset the breaker for that circuit. They reset the breaker and my two receptacles were back in business.
Now the not so good: I asked that they could replace one of those receptacles (the Piggybacked one )and one other - Both were in my kitchen. That’s when they told me they didn’t have a GFI receptacle on their truck. Question: If the call was for an electrical receptacle issue in the kitchen, why would they send a truck that had no replacement parts? So basically I paid $140 for two guys to show up and reset my breaker. OK, that part was on me But again no replacement parts knowing that was the issue that I had called about in the first place. If they would’ve had the replacement parts, I would’ve been able to bring my all of my kitchen receptacles up to current electrical code and they would’ve easily gotten five stars, but I wasn’t about to pay more for somebody to leave and then come back. So basically, the two electricians and the company were were paid to flip a breaker. While this provides value to the company, Impractical terms, it provides almost no value to the customer. That’s why only two stars.

Have dealt with Bobs for many years and will not go anywhere else. Top notch service, competitive pricing, and very friendly techs. Sean Bryan was my tech today and he was very efficient, very knowledgeable, very personable…I’d like him to be my guy all the time. Thank you Bobs!

Jason came out on a warranty call for our new home and repaired the duct and damper issues. He was super knowledgeable and very professional. HVAC system was replaced a year ago and is still performing great. Recently had the system's heating preventative maintenance done, and everything is still working great. Kudos to Jasmin for her excellent customer service.
