Have used Bob’s for many years. They installed and maintain both my AC and heater. They usually go above and beyond taking care of my systems at reasonable prices. Will handled my AC and heat checks this year and did a good job, even flushing out my line for free this past visit. I will continue to use Bob’s in the future for all my AC and heater needs.

Great crew came in replaced AC and heater. They did an excellent job would recommend to anyone. Fast easy service. Came and gave me an estimate on Monday next day they were here doing install.

Sean had good advice about changing my filter more often. He took the time to describe the need to increase air intake on my next unit. Explained that prices have risen for new units. He gave me confidence that when I replace my unit, in the not too distant future, I will be going first to Bob’s

Great first time experience with Bob's Air & Heating. Brandon was courteous and respectful. He explained everything he was doing thoroughly and made sure we were satisfied with his service. We signed up for the annual service program with Bob's based on our experience.

A Bob’s technician, Brandon, came to my house on short notice . He was extremely helpful in helping me understand the issues with my A/C and various options to repair it. He was polite and honest and I won’t hesitate to call Bob’s in the future.

Danny was awesome yesterday. He arrived early figured out the problem. I would recommend him any day. I also liked him having a female helper named Jasmine. She did a great job too! My AC system was under warranty. It did not cost me a thing.

I always use Bob's a/c and everyone is so nice and helpful. This week Daniel installed a soft start on my a/c unit...he called when he was on his way and he answered all my many questions in terms I could understand.. he was so polite and professional...I absolutely love my new soft start and my a/c start up is so quiet now...it is right outside my bedroom wall and now it is very quiet...my many thanks to Daniel and all the professionals at Bob's.

I had Daniel Cruz come out and he cleared out a drain plugged up...he explained everything fully to me and was so nice to me..I always have Bob's come and work on my a/c...I will always use Bob's for any HVAC issues...thanks so much..

Brandon was super helpful and patient. He identified the problem, and efficiently worked through the issue and trained us in the new thermostat. We have always had good experiences with Bob's!

Sean from Bob’s Air Conditioning was at my home within 30 minutes of placing call. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He took time to explain what was wrong with my unit and showed me bad parts that had to be replaced.

Jasmin came out today to check my heating system. She also came earlier this year and checked my air. She is great because she is thorough and professional and knowledgeable. She always checks my overflow pipe and asks me if I have had trouble with my sink in the guest bathroom. I have had backups there in the past and had to call my plumber. I will always ask for Jasmin to do my service checks in the future. You should be proud of her.

I have been using Bob’s A/C for more than 10 years and I’m always impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of my systems. They only do the work that needs to be done. Always finding the least costly way to do the job. When they did have to replace a unit, they recommend quality units at best price. They have really made best use of technology to diagnose and track my system performance.

Daniel and Jasmine were here to perform yearly inspection and maintenance on our furnace. Both were very friendly and professional. I had questions regarding humidity management and Daniel answered all my questions and showed me new HVAC systems that I may want to consider in the future. Bob’s has always been very reliable when it comes to our HVAC and electrical needs. Thanks for a job well done.

Bob’s Air Conditioning is the best! I’ve used their service for years and they are honest and professional. Our latest service man, Danny was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained thoroughly the condition of our system during a routine maintenance appt.

Very polite and professional and willing to answer questions. He had a coworker with him, which is unusual for bi-annual inspection/maintenance calls. So maybe someone in training, but they didn’t volunteer that information. They just said they were slow today so riding together. The other gentleman was also polite and professional. I asked them about the temp difference upstairs to downstairs and asked about ways to fix it, including damper changes to improve it, and they didn’t offer to check or try to affect any change, but said I could try that solution. I don’t know if that’s included in the annual service contract, so that may have been a normal response. Overall, I’ve been pleased with Bob’s AC/Heat/Electrical and would recommend them.

We’ve been very pleased with Bob’s! Lance and Jacob specifically have been a great team working at each house we’ve owned, so much so that we request them each time we need help with a repair! Friendly, punctual, and always do a great job with the project. Will always come back to Bob’s for their teamwork. Vanessa, also, is always a pleasure to speak with on the phone. Thanks, Bob’s!

Will showed up on time even though getting through to me resulted in several dropped calls. He was very patient as I attempted to explain what was going on. He was here for a tune up but there was a concern we had and he addressed it head on.
He showed care for our property and did all he could to fix our issue. He took the time to explain everything and it was greatly appreciated. We will ask for him again!!!! Highly recommend the service plan….. Great hire Bobs.
