The team was very thorough with their evaluation of the issues and professional with their work. They were a pleasure to do business with and very friendly and helpful.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. We were forced to use this company by our Home Warranty co. The initial service was good. They came out on 10/20/2020 and "fixed" our unit for ~$600. The unit stopped working again. Starting on 11/6/2020 She said that would be out that day. NO SHOW. I texted and they said they would be out the next day. I repeatedly called, FB messaged, and texted for 2 WEEKS. No one would respond. Finally on 11/17/2020, I had my husband call from a different number. They answered immediately. They gave us a 2 pm appt. Did not show until ~6:30 pm. They said their repair was good. Our unit completely stopped working at that point. ON 11/21/2020 I called, texted, sent video and FB messaged over another 7 days. NO RESPONSE! I finally called another reputable company out. They said that the part Sharpe Services replaced was not valued at what they had charged us and that it was not the problem at all. We ended up having to buy an entire new unit. I attempted all modes of communication again. NO RESPONSE until I called them from my landline this am 12/1/2020. They had no explanation for their poor customer service. They did not offer any type of refund. DO NOT USE!!!!!

We met Sharpe Services thru our extended warranty program and have continued to use Sharpe due to great dependable service and reasonable prices. Today Sharpe performed seasonal service and added insulation to the attic. As a realtor, I’m confident to refer Sharpe Services to my clients and you!

They did a good job in diagnosing the problem with my AC. They also gave me a loaner window unit for free to use until my AC is fixed.

Jared was responded on time, very gentle and professional.

Worst place ever. My step dad spent $10,000 on new AC install with warranty! Lasted less than 2 years. This company wont honor the warranty, wont come fix it and homeowner insurance wont touch it because they installed it wrong and messed it up. Also having non HVAC licensed staff work on equipment. Leaving disabled elderly people without AC in this horrendous heat. There is a special place in H*** for these people

This business deserves a 5 star rating. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and informative explaining everything he was doing. I am very happy with the work. I will be a return customer.Also checked the heating system.

Jared is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about my A/C. We will definitely use their services in the future, I am signing up for their HVAC PM services.

Jarryd and his team went above and beyond installing our new HVAC system. They were on time, moved quickly, very courteous, and thorough. When I had to leave the house early, I was texted pictures of the finished install. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Where do i start? Lori and Jerryd have done everything they could and more to help me out! First called them as a recommendation just to see what they were about since my ac wasn't working. This call was a out 3pm and Jerryd was out at my house before 6pm that same day! They confirmed my suspensions of needing a lot of work! Evap coil leaking! They were able to get my system working a bandaid on a bullet hole is the only way to describe it to get me through a few days so I wasn't having ro make a decision on which system or or route I would go. Lori sent me multiple quotes with a few options the next day and we discussed them over the phone. After a few days of moderate working ac I went a head and scheduled a full system replacement. The full replacement happened quickly! Unit was installed and they were very open and honest about everything though the process. Not only did they provide excellent service they passed on knowledge about the AC from system over site to very indepth about charging the system and the steps taken there. 10/10 will recommend!

I just want to say, Mike my installer was very nice and a hard worker! Very polite and a gentleman! Jerod was very rude and unprofessional! Thank you finishing my job. Lori worked very hard on this project, very kind. Thanks guys, will be calling you in the future.

Sharpe services came out and looked at my AC. My unit had stopped cooling and was not working they found the problem and took pictures even walked up in the attic and showed me what was going on. I really appreciate there honesty and great work. They were well priced and go above and beyond for there customers and I just want to say thank you.

Jarred and his assistant did an awesome job. They did a days work in just a few hours. They had my a/c up and running in no time. If you want quality and a timely repair give them a call.

Lori answered my request quick and professionally. Once she arrived exactly on the time she had scheduled quickly found issues and supplied quote for work needed quick and to the point. Next day she came over and knocked it out within 1 hour. Hard to find someone who will not take advantage of you and up sale services not needed. Thanks so much
