The reviews previous to mine are what had me reach out to Fast Solutions Heating and Air, reached out due to a faulty thermostat on a Friday evening expecting to get a response for possibly the next day or the following week, Luis response was that he couldn't leave me in that situation, and was at my house diagnosing the issue the same day a couple of hours later well after 1900hrs, on time replaced the thermostat gave me options and discussed other issues that I'm concerned about as well, Thanks Luis for assuring our home stay cool specially with this summer heat, definitely recommend very professional, prices are fare will be conducting future repairs with him. Amazing service! Louis showed up as he said he would. Did the maintenance on our system and also checked out the mini split unit I had installed in the garage. The guys who installed it messed up and loius came to the rescue and fixed the problem. He will go out of the way and goes above and beyond to take care of customers. Highly recommend this company......not to mention he will hook you up with a great deal!

Luis installed a water heater for us. He was very professional and AFFORABLE. He has also done HAVAC work for us. Always responsive to phone calls and texts. Very happy with his service and happy we have him as our guy.

Luis is the best ac guy. He has the most affordable service call fee in town. He came to my house the same day i called to diagnose the problem and discuss options for every budget. I opted in to getting my old mid 2000s ac system replaced. He put in a new trane unit, and did extra work to make sure the new ac stays working for a long time.

Luis is incredibly knowledgeable in his field. Same day service (I lucked out, it's 100 degrees outside). Luis had the issue with my A/C diagnosed within 15 minutes. He explained the issue and showed me the faulty part (capacitor) . Luis also went into as much detail as I needed. Very reasonably priced. FIVE Stars...good people!

Luis is awesome! A/C went out last night, called him early, and he was here within 4 hours. Took him a total of 15 minutes to diagnose and replace a burned out capacitor at a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend Luis and Fast Solutions Heating and Air! The name says it all!
Update 09/16/25:
We assumed that we had a leak in our drain pipe (condo). Luis and his associate came over to cut out the sheet rock damage to see where the pipe was leaking, and quickly assessed that it was wasn't an A/C issue, but a leaky water pipe from the upstairs unit, which is a completely different issue, obviously. We had agreed upon a price for the possible repair previously and he didn't charge me that price! Instead, since he didn't have to do the work, he drastically reduced the price! Luis is awesome really good guy, honest and I again highly recommend his service. He works very quickly and showed up at the time he said he would be here. If we have any "real" A/C work to be done, you can bet that he'll be the first one I call.
