Woke up with no hot water and had a same day water heater replacement done before lunch. That’s what I call service.

These guys were useless.
Called them about my hot water heater not staying lit. The two guys didn't even bend down to check the flame or even test the hot water heater at all. 1 guy looks at the year of the water heater and says "Oh yeah this is an old water heater. You need to replace it."
Without checking the thermocouple, air flow, the ignitor, or even if the gas valve was on!
Don't waste the $40 service call fee!

Move Sprinkler Head. I needed to have a sprinkler head moved in order to satisfy the requirement of my building permit. I called the GEI Plumbing Services office and spoke with friendly and helpful staff that set up a next day appointment. Also, the office called on the day of the appointment to let me know when they were on route. We discussed the work to be completed, looked at the price guide and we were set to go. Overall I would say I was pleased with the service. They came on time and got right to work. I would recommend GEI Plumbing Services to friends and family. I would describe it as friendly and competent service.
