Had a sudden leak under the bathroom sink. Called GEI for emergency plumbing service, and they arrived in under two hours. Their leak detection was spot-on, and they fixed it immediately. Highly recommend these guys.

Our water heater went out on a Sunday. GEI showed up that afternoon and handled the same day water heater replacement. Fast, clean, and no surprises on the bill. Couldn’t ask for better service.

We had water backing up into the tub. GEI came out the same day, did a quick sewer line repair, and had everything flowing again. Super professional and way more affordable than I expected. Solid experience.

Arrived within timeframe, used shoe covers, installed toilets and ensured they worked well, were very professional, cleaned up behind themselves, and all around did good work. Even did a quick fix of another problem! Will be having them back for more work for sure, and unfortunately we have plenty though fortunately we can count on Noah and team.

They did some work for us at HteaO store. Came right out and had everything done in no time at all great price.

I contracted with "All About Plumbing" to provide plumbing work on two projects for the "4B Disaster Response Network". The crews were on time, on point and professional in every way. They even had to come out an additional time to fix an issue created by another contractor and they promptly responded. I highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with All About. They replaced over 200-feet of our water main along with a complete re-plumbing of all outside hose bibs, etc. Incredibly fast and the job was done right. They also traced a complicated issue with the plumbing of the inside of our house and were very diligent. The crews were as polite as they could have been, professional, on-time and really did the work right. I can't imagine why anyone would use a company other than All About. I wish all service providers were this easy to work with.

Water line broke at meter. They had someone out same day within an hour or so. Andrew and Martin were awesome and had the water back on in no time! Can't thank you guys enough A+

Great service. Fast friendly, neat, reasonable prices. I swear I'm not related or getting a kick back or discount. They've done huge jobs, like total repipe and I've called them back for small jobs as well as to install a new water heater. I highly recommend.

Arrived on time, did the job, charged me a reasonable rate. Jeremy was the plumber and he was very courteous and personable and a good representative for his company. I will call them if I ever need a plumber again, and I highly recommend this company.

After receiving several good recommendations on All About Plumbing for replacing the 1970's galvanized steel pipes with PEX, I contacted them for a quote. They have completed so many of these repipes, he asked me a few questions over the phone and was able to give me a price. I didn't want any surprises, so I asked if he could come by and make sure there wasn't any "oh I didn't know your house had that" price increases. The estimator came by reviewed my house and gave me the same price. The only additional costs were for new fixture installations. I received an email with the proposal, and after agreeing/signing/returning to them, they scheduled a 4-day install. The crew arrived on the day scheduled and were very friendly and professional. The entire week they worked throughout the house trying to minimize the number and size of the holes in the sheetrock. (Note - repairing the sheetrock/walls is not part of their quote, but they can recommend someone to do that work). They insulated all the areas they could reach (even within the walls that they could get the pipe insulation into), and removed any of the old steel pipe that was easily removed. The crew responded to all my questions and ensured all the water pressure was to my expectations. They did an excellent job in installing 2 sink fixtures and 1 shower fixture at a very reasonable price adder. Final bill was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend All About Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I called several plumbers looking to have my leaking shower faucets and stems replaced. I had several quotes that were beyond my price range. I will say All About Plumbing was the only one that was interested in working within the range that I was able to pay. When I first called I spoke with Giang I explained what I was needing and she was very nice and honest and said lets see what we can do. The other calls I made were flat out sorry can't help you. John came right out, gave me an estimate and it was within my budget. John performed the work and was very nice, he did a great job, cleaned up after himself. He gave me some suggestions on a few other questions I had and in all I was very very happy with the job done. I will call on them again in the future. Thank you!

These guys are very responsive, fast to come out and diligent. Zach fixed leaks in my parents’ gas pipes and was very thorough, clean, caring and nice. Summer and other girls in the office are great at operations and scheduling

We had a plumbing problem that needed immediate attention. All About Plumbing came out the same day and quickly addressed the problem. They were excellent to deal with and the price was very fair. I highly recommend them!

Things started out great but it quickly unraveled.

Had an appointment set. However. On the day we were to have our appointment they no showed. Called the office asking if I had the date wrong. Nope, the date was correct so was the time.

She contacted the plumber. According to her he came by knocked and called us. No such record of a call. Garage door was open as we had another contractor already there. For 2 hours. So either he lied and never came by or came and left without knocking. Told them I had to reschedule she said they were completely booked without asking what day. Told her I was going to find another company. She quickly changed her wording to say just booked for just that day.

We reschedule. He showed up this time. Actually called ahead. Looked at the toilet, flushed it and said we had to replace our whole system toilets in all. It's like he didn't even want to help us. No quote. He left.

Guess well be getting a second opinion by someone else.

Everyone is so nice and easy to deal with. They are fast at sending someone out to you. I've never met plumbers/workers this kind. Super happy and would highly recommend. We'll be a customer for life!

All About Plumbing was the third (and last!) plumber we contacted to help with a clogged toilet. The first two plumbers said excavation and line replacement, along with concrete work after cutting the drive, would be necessary with quotes upwards of $15K. The guys from All About Plumbing came in, assessed the situation, and said it was a clog they could clear. After about 2 hours of work, they cleared the clog and billed us a good 14K less! So very glad our realtor gave us this recommendation. Thanks to all for a great job! Definitely our forever plumber.

Scheduled to have a clogged cleared. Arrival Window was 1-3. By 4pm when they finally showed up. I had Called 3 times to get get a estimate on their arrival. Each time, no apology and no call back as to their location. Just surprise they hadn’t shown up. When they finally arrived they did not come to my door instead just began walking around my property. They finally decided to come to the garage where I was And ask about the location of the clean out. Again, no apology for wasting my time or not providing Updates. I can Deal with delays, what I can not deal with is companies acting as though they don’t need to communicate and that the delays and lack of communication is ok. I have Two bathrooms that need a complete remodel and a house that needs to be repiped. Based on this experience it won’t be by this group.

My wife and I have used a different plumbing company only two other times since we moved in a few years ago but after needing work done two more times this year we will ALWAYS be using All About Plumbing. They are all extremely professional and very friendly. The last time I had to have work done I had to have a new toilet installed and the gents that came to my house informed me that the toilet I had purchased was the wrong size and that the previous one installed was incorrect as well and that's why it didn't work very well. They went on to knock out a job for another customer while I went to exchange the toilet for the right one and within 45 minutes of being back at my house and calling the office to reschedule for a different time or day they were back at my door and had it installed quickly.
