We had a plumbing emergency. The plumber (Noe) called us within a few minutes. He arrived quickly and was able to fix our issue in less than an hour. He did a great job, cleaned everything up, and was very professional and friendly.

Very professional and responsive. Everyone involved in the process of replacing my main water line was first class .The young lady I spoke to in the office . Called back when she said she would .Called to double check I wanted to proceed with the repairs. She had everything rolling and in place to get the job done fast and efficiently .Thank you to All About Plumbing for actually providing customer service. Job well done .

consider "All About Plumbing". I have used them two times in the past 4 months. The first time was to correct a problem made by another local plumber. AAP resdponded immediately and fixed the the problem in half the time that the other plumber needed and 1/2 the cost. Next time I called AAP for frozen pipes due to
recent cold snap. Andrew of AAP plumbing identified the problen and fixed it in less than 1 hour for a very fair price!

I used All About Plumbing for a major remodel several years ago and was very happy with the work they did. They were here recently to do service on the on demand water heater they installed. This time as in the past I was very impressed with the people they employ. Highly recommended them for all your plumbing needs

Have been using All About Plumbing for almost 15 years. Good service and fair prices.

We had them replace our hot water heater. They told us the cost included removing and disposal of the old unit but they couldn’t get it down from the attic so they left it there but still charged us for removal. The guys tried jamming the old unit through the opening even though they measured and determined it wouldn’t fit. I watched as the wood was close to cracking as they jammed the old unit. They also removed some wood from the attic staircase but didn’t put it back properly so the stairs didn’t shut properly, luckily I checked it before they left so it was kind of fixed before they left but it’s not in the same condition as when they arrived. It’s my understanding that other companies will cut the old unit in half so they can remove it from the attic. The reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the new unit installation seems okay even though I now have a piece of junk sitting in my attic.

Editing to one star because your reply implies that we aren't paying for the service when the reality is your service technician left without giving us an invoice because he said he ran out of invoices. We received the invoice last night and submitted payment today through our bank bill pay.

Yes, the price was reduced because the old heater was left but I don't appreciate your message making it sound like we're trying to avoid paying.

I had All About Plumbing come out and diagnose a faulty gas valve in my fireplace. The fireplace was non functional since the day I bought the house I currently live in. I ordered the valve and when it came in they came back out and installed it correctly and cleanly. They made every effort to keep the area clean and then hooked the valve up and for the first time since I moved in had a working fireplace. Very happy with their services and knowledge. I’m having them replace a water valve now on my sprinkler system which broke from the freeze. Another thing I like is their attitude of training young people in the trade skill of plumbing. We need more people in the trades. Good people good work. I will use them from now on. They fixed the fire place right the first time.

Very impressed with the service I received today. Andrew and his partner arrived early to give me a quote to hook up a bathroom drain and faucets. The quote seemed fair and they started right away. They did a great job and were careful to clean up after they finished. I've found my new plumbers!.

I am super happy with the work that Arthur and his team has done. I found out my water heater was under warranty by Rheem and ordered the parts and the guy came out to install them. It did not fix the water heater so he is coming again after I ordered the correct parts. I would use this company again. They are reasonable very nice and they do good work.

My service tech ran a little late but he didn’t disappoint. He assessed my situation accurately & quickly, gave me a quote and went right to work. It was a fair price for the work performed and I was very pleased that he wrapped the new pipes when he was done. I would recommend them to anyone...

Zach, Gavin, and Jacob with All About Plumbing did an amazing job repiping our house, replacing our water heater and two toilets. They were polite, communicated everything they were doing clearly and cleaned up before they left each day. I also thought the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend these guys!

Update regarding All About Plumbing's Response: We went back and forth on the phone for 15 minutes where it was not made clear at all what the charges would and wouldn't be. When I finally heard back from y'all after I called back 3 times, I was told by the office that it would be a $225 fee to flush it, with no other clarification on fixing the issue I was seeing. Also last year I did have a conflict which I made y'all aware of before the work started. I never had an issue with running out of hot water with a normal hot water heater at my house, that was something y'all said as another reason to get tankless which I thought could have been nice, but was definitely not worth the extra cost. Your response to this review is another example of you trying to point fingers at anyone but your own company, just as you did on the phone. I have had another company come out and they found the failed part and will be replacing it for me on my 1 year old water heater. It would have been so simple if you had offered your services clearly on the phone like you did in the reply to this review, but unfortunately it seems things are much clearer once someone makes public how you treat your customers.

Last year I had a service done from All About Plumbing to replace my hot water heater. At the time they offered me the option to "upgrade" to a tankless hot water heater stating it would last much longer and be less likely to fail, easier to maintain. They failed to inform me that the yearly maintenance cost to flush it was $225 on top of the double I paid to "upgrade" to the tankless anyway.

One year later, my fancy tankless hot water heater is failed (has an error code saying flow rate sensor is failed). I try to call them, they're arguing with me. They want $150 just to come out and see what the problem is and $225 to do the standard yearly maintenance. Since they argued with me for 15 min on the first call, I ran out of time and I couldn't immediately book them (they hadn't answered my questions and kept going back to the fact that they "never would have upsold me on a tankless"). I had to call them 3 more times and they never answered, finally they called me back and went right back to the $225 flush, without ever coming to diagnose the issue.

After looking back through my emails I also realized they gave me the run around last year on how I could pay them after they performed the service and started getting snippy with me then too. At this point I'm pretty sure they pushed the tankless hot water heater because my attic is difficult to get into and the tankless is easier to get into small spaces.

Recommend finding someone else unless you want to be charged a fee just for these people to upsell you, sign you up for yearly maintenance without telling you, then charge you a fee to come out and even see what's up after the part they installed fails in 1 year.

We had to have our 50 year old pipes replaced and a new water heater installed, and All About Plumbing did a great job and were a pleasure to deal with. Zach, Pablo and Mike were professional, communicative, practiced good project housekeeping, and were just very nice and hardworking young men. They spent three days in our attic in this August heat, so bless them. Zach took the time to explain things to me, and the whole process, and laid out an agenda for each day. He also took time to let me know of other issues he found in the house that need looking at by other contractors. All About Plumbing is now our plumber!

Was very happy with the service All About Plumbing provided me. I had just purchased a new gas range and the gas line behind the new range was too high for it to slide far enough back to be flush with the wall. They were out to my home the next day and had the job done fast and well. The two plumbers that came out were super friendly. Would recommend and will for sure use again.

A company sent out by our home warranty group wanted the payment fee upfront, even though no work was done. All About Plumbing only asked for payment after the service was done to find the problem. They did the work at a very reasonable fee and was very professional.

I called Noah Espinosa. To come give me a price on a complete repipe I was very happy with his bid, he sent out Andrew And a helper to To perform the repipe They showed up on time they worked very hard they're work quality was excellent. I have way more pressure than I did before. I am completely happy and would highly recommend all about plumbing to anybody Meeting plumbing repairs.

Called All About Plumbing on a Thursday to schedule getting our water heater replaced. They were heavily recommended by our neighbor. The price was competitive and we were waiting to get scheduled. An appointment fell through on Monday and we got a call that they had an availability in the next hour. We gave them the green light and they came and installed the heater. I wish we had gotten their names, they were very professional, worked quickly, did great work, and cleaned up when they were done. They even showed us where our main water shutoff was (just bought the house). Definitely recommend All About Plumbing.
