SERVPRO of Flower Mound was a HUGE help to us when we were in Lewisville. We will definitely call on them again. Excellent customer service and very efficient.

Becca was probably the only reason this place ever got any positive reviews because when she quit in the middle and John “the owner” took over my case it all went to hell besides the communication problems and all the problems when fixing my house(things not connected right, electrical covers missing or loose, to kitchen cabin area they built missing screws) John yelled at me over the phone because HE told them to do tile in the kitchen then HE changed his mind that it wasn’t covered and yelled at me about it. And the cherry on top charged me 11,000$ over by “mistake” if you deal with John go some place else, Megan,Becca and the rest of the ladies are PROFESSIONALS who should be in charge of the place and get paid for it. And if you comment on this post tell me I lied please don’t because all of this is facts. John if you really wanted to resolve this you have my info last we spoke was like two weeks ago… all the ladies know my email you have my e-mail please reach out I would love to hear/read what you have to say…

Helped my mom with a leak and overall had a great experience through this tough time. All my mothers things were treated well and returned cleaner than they have ever been.

We had a slab leak that flooded our floor. Everyone from Servpro was always on-time or even early. Extremely polite and professional when you are having a stressful day. Not one question went unanswered. Excellent pack out and return with not a single thing scratched or broken. Highly recommend.

Came home to damaged flooring and baseboards caused by our old dishwasher leaking, called and spoke with Megan at the office, she was professional and polite, she sent out two techs right away, when Jake and Noah arrived they explained to me what needed to be done and got right to work drying out my home before any more damage occurred! First time home owner and had two issues with water damage once 4 years ago and again about 2 weeks ago, both times called ServPro and both responded quickly and helped prevent any further damage. The guys stopped by everyday to make sure the water cleanup was going according to plan. I hope to never have another water issue again but if should one happen a third time, I’m calling ServPro!

Called at 4PM due to a laundry room that was flooded and they had a crew out by 7:00PM same day, on Good Friday. I should preface that with the prior two companies, which I won't name, didn't answer the phone when I called. Zack and another gentleman worked for 2 hours to remedy the situation and did a great job. Zack was very informative and kept me updated throughout the entire cleanup. I appeciate them 1. Answering the phone late on a Friday (Good Friday), 2. Eagerness to get someone out same day to help me and 3. Working late after hours to get all the water out of the house. Paul & Rudy did a fabulous job helping to restore my daughter & son in law's home after extreme water damage! They were understanding, compassionate, skilled & knowledgeable throughout the process. They made everything better than it was before!!!

I would not recommend Servpro to anyone I know. I had a water leak from my garage water heater. Servpro came out, cleaned up some debris and put out some fans, that's it. Servpro never gave me an estimate or quote, which was my mistake. I thought they would do more than put fans out. However I kept asking for an estimate(verbally, through text, and email) but servpro kept saying they would get back with me. They didn't help fix the leak or drywall. But they charged twice as much. They even made me take their survey before sending me the bill. I've never seen any company or business make you take a survey before giving you the bill. They took advantage of me during a rough time with a smile on their face. Horrible company.

I had a family Christmas gathering going on when all of a sudden we discovered mater flowing from a guest bathroom at a rapid rate. By the time we got the water stopped there was quite a mess. The ServPro of Flower Mound guys were out there in less than an hour and had all of the water extracted and drying equipment going in virtually no time at all. They made what could have easily been a very expensive nightmare not nearly as bad as it could have been. I can't say enough about how nice James and Zach were in carrying out their duties. Given the circumstances I couldn't have been happier. Simply the best!

Garage wall had a leak. Didn’t know how long it was leaking and worried about mold. Called office and was helped immediately. They arrived as scheduled and resolved the issue. Answered all questions and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg.

Outstanding customer service and excellent workmanship! We could not be happier with all of the staff and work that was performed at our home. It's not a fun experience to have flooding and need mold remediation work, but ServPro performed the remediation work that was impressive to us, but even more impressive to the mold inspectors. Great job! I hope we don't need mold services again, but if we do I know who we will call.

I spoke with Megan to set up our appointment and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Jake, Noah, Dexter and Jordan were on time and very respectful of our property. They knew exactly what they were doing and got to work immediately. They were focused and worked very fast and focused on remedying our mold problem. I cannot recommend this company enough.
