I had a flood in my home. I called Servpro of Flowermound and they came out right away (on a holiday) and began the process for restoration and remediation. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. John and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They even took the time to make sure my heirlooms were preserved during the pack out of my home. John went above and beyond and worked with my insurance company to assist me with the reconstruction process. Servpro of Flowermound came through for me when I needed them most and made it "like it never happened"! Thank you John and Staff!

I wish we had never used this business after our house fire in April of 2022. Everything seemed great at first, but things worsened with time. The business owner would frequently lose or forget written conversations and directions. The contractor and team they hired could not have been more incompetent and frequently pushed back timelines. In April 2023 when construction was complete, we were just so happy to be back in our house that we overlooked a lot of things. But now, we've had multiple contractors out: plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs and more; to fix mistakes that the Servpro team made. Paint lines were sloppy and many paint jobs uneven or with missed spots. Multiple areas where a dry wall patch was installed but not re-textured. Multiple cabinet doors have fallen off. Some drawers were installed crooked. Wall sconces and mirrors are crooked and misaligned. The plumbing and HVAC issues have been the worst. They didn't fully insulate the attic, and didn't properly support the HVAC lines, leading to at least 4 repairs in the last year. The brand new air conditioning unit has had to be serviced multiple times for multiple reasons - including that the drains were installed incorrectly/backwards. Several leaky pipes due to installation mistakes. There are areas in which they should have used drywall but instead they used plywood. Planks of wood and tile are loose. Several doors were hung crooked and will not close. Light switches were installed in weird places so you can't access them once opening the door. Grout lines are messy and already falling away. So many things look like they were done hastily and without care. There was frequently trash left around the yard when the workers were on site, and I received citations from the city for discarded to go containers and beer bottles in my yard/alley. Once the job ended, the contractor stopped returning my calls and texts. I'm not sure if any of this work is warrantied, but I wouldn't trust them to fix it correctly anyway. I am not someone who normally writes negative reviews, but I have so much regret in working with this company. PLEASE exercise caution and PLEASE work with someone other than Servpro... or else you might be like me and spending thousands of dollars to fix things that never should have been wrong to begin with.

General Manager Aaron Sifuentes did an amazing job! It didn’t take long for him to completely remove a vey annoying odor out of the house. I have 2 cats too so I was concerned about any products used. Servepro products are plant based! Thanks Aaron!

I would stay away from this company for unprofessional behavior from the owner, the employees are nice but the owner is very unprofessional. He walked out of a demo as he has a disagreement with the adjuster , leaving the job half done and our kitchen in a mess. Stay away from using them - you are better off with someone else who knows to finish a job and put customers first.

I had a wonderful experience with Servpro’s restoration. Raydon Williams and Peyton with the rest of the team was very efficient ,timely , professional, considerate and very mindful .
It was an very emotional time for me coming from my vacation with my house flooded from my water heater.

They came that same night pull out the major water and set up fans . They made this terrible experience easier for me as a homeowner.

Petri Pools is fantastic! They did a remodel of our pool last fall and did an excellent job. They walked us through the whole process and delivered exactly what they promised. We had a small problem recently and called them. They came out within a couple of days to check it out, they acknowledged a repair was needed, scheduled it, handled it and completed it... perfectly. Can't even see where the problem was now! They are a pleasure to work with!!
Since the remodel we have used their weekly cleaning services. They do a fabulous job on that end of the business too. After hearing for years that our pool had algae as a result of "Carrollton's bad water" our pool is clean and clear all the time. Turns out we didn't need better water, we just needed a better pool service and Petri Pools was it!

Mike Rakes represented Petri Pools with excellence. I had 50 million questions and he answered my texts! Showed up and checked to make certain everything was going properly every day but didn't bother us...just got the job done! The pool is beautiful and perfectly done. The demo, plaster & tile team was focused and succinct in their work. Not supposed to talk with them or change things up if there was an issue so I didn't (Mike was my contact...I changed plaster color the day before the team arrived with no problem...and glad I did).
I only said 'hi' and 'thank you' and 'can I take a picture'...they got their work done. Perfect symbiotic relationship! Could not be happier.

Mike's direction and recommendations were so helpful. As a first time pool owner of a pool in dire need of refurbishing and repair, I'm thrilled with our results! Don't hesitate to contact Petri Pools...no pressure sales and will to get to work when you are ready.

After reading several wonderful reviews for Petri Pools, we decided to hire them for our complete pool remodel. I was not disappointed!
Justin came out the day after we contacted his company and gave us a quote for new plaster, tile and coping. His quote was very reasonable so we hired him to do the work.
We received a start date of the following week and I must say I was skeptical. I've worked with many contractors over the years only to be disappointed by their ambitious time lines of beginning and completing the work they quote. Again, I was not disappointed!
The crews that came to do the work - demo, tile work, coping, plaster, plumbing, electrical, etc. - were wonderful! They were nice, respectful, hard working and clean. Not once was there any evidence, other than the transformation of the pool, that anybody had been there working. They cleaned up all debris and left the area very clean at the end of each day.
The end result was a beautiful transformation of our pool and another VERY satisfied customer. I will not hesitate to refer Petri Pools to others and plan on using them again for upcoming deck projects.

Petri Pools is my go to pool company for everything. We have used them for our weekly pool service for several years now and would not consider using anyone else. Recently, we had them resurface and retile our pool. It literally looks brand new and is absolutely stunning. Thanks to Justin, Jeff and their entire team. They are dependable as well as personable and really care about their customers. I highly recommend using Petri Pools to build a new one, weekly pool service and/or when you feel it's time for a refresh. They will not disappoint!

We could not be more pleased with the pool and decking remodel that we just completed with Petri Pools. They have a great team that installed new Pebble Tec pool surface, waterline tile, coping and travertine decking. It looks fantastic! They are true professionals and the quality of work is excellent. What we appreciated the most, was the constant communication we received throughout the entire renovation process from Justin and his team. We chose Petri Pools to renovate our 19 year old Blue Haven Pool. The pool plaster was starting to deteriorate badly, the tile and deck were also in bad shape. Justin Petri, president, came to us personally and helped us every step of the way. He personally showed us samples of surface plaster, tile and deck designs. He assigned Brennan as project manager who did an outstanding job of coordinating the whole effort. From pool drain to refill took only 2 weeks! They even performed all pool startup procedures to ensure all chemicals were balanced to ensure a healthy swimming experience. The materials used were state of the art and their subcontractors highly professional and reliable. If you are considering remodeling your pool, I highly recommend Petri Pools.!

After much research, I selected Petri Pools for a major pool renovation last spring. The project included resurfacing, minor spa stonework, new heater and the addition of LED pool lighting. I found Petri Pools to be very professional as well as very thorough in explaining the overall execution of the remodel. Justin Petri is a pleasure to work with and made every effort to make sure the project was done correctly and on time and within budget. Although Petri was not the lowest bid they were very competitive and I couldn't be more satisfied with the finished product. After a complete assessment and minor modifications of my existing 16 year old pool equipment, I enlisted Petri to continue with my weekly pool service, which after a year on the job, he and his staff continues to be the most thorough pool service contractor I have ever used. After getting several bids for our pool renovation we decided to go with Petri for the work. Mike Rakes was great to work with. Great communication and always on top of things. We had a timeline to get things done (daughters graduation) and they beat the deadline. Everyone loved the work. Their custom pebble tech with sea glass and shells looks amazing!

After spending a good amount of time doing research on pool service companies, I felt confident with my choice in working with Petri Pools. I tend to be an anxious person, but after consulting with Justin, he thoroughly addressed all my concerns and helped bring to life my remodel vision. Petri Pools did an amazing job resurfacing our pool and changing our waterline tile! After several months and numerous estimates I was ready to just fill it with dirt and call it a day. I went back and reviewed all the estimates then went online to read reviews and at the end of the day Petri Pools not only had the best price for what we wanted they also had several positive reviews. I had Petri pools with Justin and Brennan do a full remodel of my pool/spa. They replaced the filtering system, pool light, heater, re-plastered the pool and spa as well as installing a couple of safety rails to help with getting in and out of the pool/spa. So what can I say about them other than FANTASIC. They were a pleasure to do business with and very responsive to any questions or issues and were completed right on time. At all times through the process I felt very comfortable dealing with them and will do so again. I can strongly recommend them to anyone looking at a pool remodel.

Well it has been a few years and like many of you out there I lost my pool equipment due to the blackouts and the freezing temperatures here in Plano. Once the power came back on my first call was to Petri Pools. They came by right away and assessed the damage and gave me all the information needed for my insurance company. They informed me that it would be delayed in getting done as there was quite a large demand for the equipment. They kept me in the loop letting me know when they could come by. Ricky showed up and I was glad I called Petri Pools. Ricky is just AWESOME in his workmanship. The equipment installation went flawlessly. If you have any repairs or renovations required for you pool/spa Petri Pools should be your first and last call. You will never regret it.

I had no knowledge of Petri Pools when I started my research for a company to renovate my pool. I actually found them in BEST PICKS REPORTS, a yearly publication and seems to do their homework when recommending companies. So, Petri was the first company to bid my renovation. I was very impressed with Justin’s recommendations for renovating my pool from the start. After meeting and obtaining bids from three other companies, all of which were in line with Petri, I went with my initial, call it “intuition” choice, Petri. I anticipated that they would do a good job, but never expected what personal service I would receive. Prior to the start, Brennan, the project manager, reached out to me with the start date and arrival times, on site to check progress, and has kept me updated on a daily basis throughout the process. I’ve had many questions throughout the renovation, and have truly been amazed with Brennan’s responsiveness and knowledge— SO enjoyed working with him! End result is that I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful new pool!!!

Personally, I find it rare these days to find a company that focuses on customer service and follows through with it. I found one in Petri Pools.
