Petri Pools just completed a total renovation of our pool and spa. They did a great job! The contractor was here every day, and they communicated well within their whole team. Start to finish was about 2-1/2 weeks - would have been two weeks, but the heater was backordered.
We're super happy that we chose Petri Pools, and highly recommend them to others.

We had to replaster our pool this spring and we got several offers for replacing surface, tile and do the coping. We decided to go with Petri Pool (good reviews) which was in the median price range. Justin, the owner, is very reliable and provides a top service with very good communication. Also with the quality of work, we were very happy. On the day of the scheduled plastering, the crew arrived "on time" but as it was too windy and a lot of dust was in the air, they decided to come the next day to provide us with the best quality work for a smooth surface, and we really appreciated that, as good quality is important to us. I never write reviews, but Petri Pool deserves my time to recommend this company for pool work.

What a FANTASTIC job Mike Rakes and Petri Pools did resurfacing our pool! Mike gave us plenty of options to choose from for our tile and pool base. Mike was in constant contact with us and gave us the play by play as to every step of the renovation process. All the people involved were very nice and cleaned up after themselves!! I would highly recommend Mike and Petri Pools if you need any work done!! I'm so happy we hired them and cannot wait to use my NEW pool this summer!!

Justin was indeed the perfect person to guide and help us remodel our first pool. Mike managed the project and was always great with communication. I had lots of questions and he answered all of them with great patience! He kept us up to date on each step of the progress.

Brennan who did the final filter cleaning and polishing was also professional and did a great job at making the pool sparkle!

We needed a complete remodel on our 15 year old pool. Mike Rakes and the the Petri Pool Team provided us with the best customer service experience, better than the initial build. All the crews were on time, extremely professional and the detail of work was excellent. Mike guided us through the entire process and helped us create an entirely new look for our pool. We recently remodeled our 21 year old pool. I received four separate bids and amazingly enough all of them were within $500 or so of each other.

I chose Petri Pools because of their attention to detail by itemizing the cost of each individual process and their explanation of the project's timeline. Justin, the owner of the company, met with us to go over everything and we had subsequent calls and emails to ensue the project went smoothly.

Brennan, the project manager, communicated with us daily on what work was scheduled for the day. As it stands now we couldn't be happier with the end result and I'd recommend Petri Pools to anyone who's looking to remodel their pool.

Excellent experience with Petri! We contracted with Petri Pools to replace the coping, resurface, and re-tile our 20 year old pool and we could not be happier with the job. Justin and Jeff communicated with us daily and kept us completely informed about the next steps in the process. They were always accessible and available to answer questions and address concerns and extremely professional. We bought our house 3 years ago and finally were able to remodel our pool. I did my research and felt most comfortable with Petri Pools. Justin made it seem like our remodel project was very important to him. He and Brennan gave great and honest input along the way. Brennan was very polite, respectful and enthusiastic about getting the project done right. He immediately addressed any issues. New decking, coping, plaster and tile. Petri Pools completed a remodel on my 22 year old pool last week and I highly recommend them. Mike Rakes was very responsive and accommodating to our needs getting the job bid and contract completed. They started work about a week later. His Project Manager, Brennan was awesome. He called to introduce himself and then sent a text every morning as the work proceeded to keep us informed. He was on site numerous times to answer questions and do some of the work himself. The whole thing took less than two weeks to complete and it looks great. The communication was a fresh and pleasant change from past contractors we’ve worked with.

We used Petri Pools to resurface the pool and add a bench with an umbrella hole. It turned out fantastic!! The guys at Petri Pools where great answering questions and helping us through the process. It turned out beautiful! Can’t wait for summer!!

After interviewing many pool Remoldeling companies we finally settled on Petri Pools. Our Pool was in really bad shape with many cracks, some of which were deep and seemed impossible to repair effectively. Brennan was there almost every day overseeing everything and making sure everything was being done correctly and our questions were being answered. He brought out all the tile samples I requested as well as the pool finishes. When we were finished with all that we decided to put a beautiful rock boarder surrounding the ledge of the pool instead of the old ugly one. The workmanship was excellent when all was completed. We are so happy to have a beautiful pool! I would highly recommend Pietri Pools to anyone wanting to have their pool redone!! CK , Dallas

Petri Pools resurfaced my pool, repaired pool leaks, and redid the mastic. They were not the cheapest that I had quoted but you pay for quality. I worked with Brennan and was very satisfied with the project. I had to travel for work during the process and he did a great job keeping me informed, sending photos & video. I didn’t feel like I had to hover to make sure the work was being done well.

My wife and I found Petri pools from an organic Google search and were incredibly lucky to come upon Petri Pools. We worked with Justin to resurface our pool deck which was all but falling apart due to age. From start to finish, the company was magnificent. The quality of their work……. first class ! In addition, they always kept the work area clean and free from debris during the day and before leaving, they insured everything was left in an orderly manner (we have dogs, so this was important). The finished product was beyond belief; they took this aged, nasty concrete and made it better than it ever was. We are very proud of our backyard “Thank you Justin, Jeff and crew”

We hired Petri Pools to renovate our 15+ year old pool. Two weeks later, we had new pebble tec plaster, tile, and coping and a gorgeous remodeled pool! Brennan was our project manager and he did a great job in setting expectations and daily communication. We would highly recommend this company!

We compared several companies for our pool renovation. Petri gave a thorough and competitive proposal. Mike answered all of my questions and helped me understand the choices and options. Our project included re-plastering the entire pool, leak repair, new lights, new filter, pumps and pool sweep. They were a total turn key solution for us. They communicated well during the project and the crews were timely, efficient and left things in good order at the end of every day. Our experience was excellent and special thanks to Mike and Brennan for being helpful and informative. We are pleased with the excellent results. Petri is a five star company to work with.

We had our pool resurfaced by Petri Pools earlier this summer and are very happy with their service! The team was quick to respond and quick to develop workable solutions to every potential issue. The process started with the remodel and ended with us hiring Mikes Team to service the pool. Petri Pools did an amazing job on the complete renovation of our pool & deck. This included taking the old pool overlay down to the Gunite, adding new color textured overlay, new tile, building a large tanning ledge, modifying the spa, and re-decking the the whole patio area. Mike and Brennan were great throughout the entire process. On the front end, Mike offered several ideas to help us decide what would work best for us. Throughout the project, Brennan was a master at managing the demo and rebuild. Any time a question or potential issue came up, Brennan was very prompt in getting back to us (well in most cases stopping by our house) to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We had some rain delays along the way, which affected scheduling, but Brennan always updated me on any new schedule or plan. There were also a couple of small glitches along the way (as expected), which Brennan rectified immediately. We could not be happier with our 'new' pool and and highly recommend Petri Pools.
