As first time pool owners, Mike was instrumental in explaining the ins and outs of caring for a pool. He provided prompt service and detailed maintenance that the pool had been lacking. His comprehensive pool cleaning service was top notch and our pool looks sparkling new!

Mike does excellent and cost effective services. We hired him to not only service our pool weekly, but also, repair our lights and help with our equipment. He took care of all our issues and our pool looks great. Mike is dependable and good at what he does. I’m so glad he is there for us.

Mike did an excellent job replacing my pool pump and the connecting plumbing. He followed up the next day after the glue had a chance to dry to make sure it was all working properly. He also helped me resolve another problem myself, over the phone, before he was able to come out. He was always friendly & courteous, just a bit of a challenge to get on his schedule.

I contacted Mike on the advice of a friend who uses him for weekly poo services. Mike came out and looked at my pool heater. He offered me several alternatives and we ultimately ended up replacing our heater at a much lower cost than my existing pool company was going to charge me. Mike kept me informed, was knowledgeable and did a great job resolving my problem. I would not hesitate to call Mike again for any pool equipment repair.

Mike at Aquatech did a great job at solving our pool light issues. He was always responsive by phone and text and communicated clearly when he would be working and what was needed. Our pool lights involved an electrical issue that Mike diagnosed and was able to fix. He explained the issue and a breakdown of the costs too. His prices are more reasonable than the “bigger” pool companies. Mike also fixed our pool pump last year so he can work on all pool related things. I will definitely use Mike in the future!

Mike our technician was great, communicative, on time( early in fact), knowledgeable and educational. We are new pool owners so he made us feel comfortable, in how to keep our pool going and assured us he was always there to help out! Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience with Mike! I had a broken pool pump and my previous pool company was taking too long to come out. He came so quickly, diagnosed the issue and gave me a reasonable quote. He got the parts in the very next day and made my pump work beautifully again, such a life saver!! Thank you Mike for being so efficient, fast and professional. Mike was so quick to return my call when we were having a pool pump issue. He was even able to squeeze us in same day! He was upfront with the expected cost,(which was reasonable) and was very quick to diagnose and repair the issue. Will definitely be using him for any issues in the future! I hired Aquatech Pool Services to perform a service on my pool equipment. Mike did an excellent job. Everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend them.

We hired Mike to install the pool equipment from our old fence to our new fence. Also to help us link our phones to iAqualink that was installed from the previous owner (they left us with no instructions) He did amazing! He was very responsive and quickly put us on his schedule. While installing he found there were wires that were no longer needed, he basically organized and cleaned up our pool equipment area! He also found out the wire to the iAqualink was broken and why we couldn't connect. He replaced the wire and helped us navigate through the app. We appreciate all of Mike's hard work in this summer heat! We will think of him again if we need any pool help!

My pool pump recently went out without warning. With the possibility of a freeze at any time I needed a quick repair. I called Mike at Aquatech based on the excellent google reviews. He came out the next day and had my pool up and running by the end of the same week with 2 pumps and a check valve replaced.(circulation and booster). Work was top notch quality and the price was unbeatable for a job well done. For any future pool issues I will definitely use Mike and Aquatech pools.

Update 3/30/23: I signed up for follow up monthly cleanings. The first cleaning the cleaning technician Doreisha was there for 30 minutes, cleaned three rooms then left. My partner works from home and was there the entire time. She did not talk to him or give him any update before she left and then the company charged us $197. When I called this morning to ask why the rest of the house was not done and to inquire about pricing I was told that the technician left because my house was "infested" with cockroaches, even though we have not seen any sign of cochroaches, nor did they have any concerns a month before when they cleaned my whole house top to bottom. I raised this concern and was told by customer service that the rainy season likely caused roaches to enter my home. I was told that I would have to address the "infestation" (a word she made sure to repeat) before they would come and finish the cleaning. When I asked for information about where the supposed roaches were found, they could not provide a location or a picture, just said that it was in a "nook". When asked for detail, such as what nook, near the fridge? Under the stove? The customer service representative said no they don't clean those spaces anyways, BUT STILL could NOT tell me where this "infestation" was that my partner and I have seen no signs of. Had I not called them, they would not have initiated a refund. I was not even refunded for the full service. Additionally, it is enfuriating that someone was home and that if such a large "infestation" had been found, that they would not have told and showed us immediately. The customer service representative claimed that the technician tried to get ahold of my partner and knocked on his office door, but could not get ahold of him and left, even so no one called either of us to give us this notification. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and how I was treated over the phone. I have canceled future services. I do not recommend this cleaning company.

Deep Clean completed in February: They did a perfect job! My house smells so crisp and clean, and it looks immaculate! I walked through and kept being surprised by things that I thought would surely be missed but were cleaned!!! My dogs are constantly bringing dirt and dust into the house and everything was muddy after a weekend of rain. We did a top to bottom deep clean for the spring and will be doing monthly cleanings. This is money well spent and I am so grateful!!! Shelbie, Alexis, Wren, and Zoe are awesome!

This is an update to a previous review. They started out fantastic, with a great cleaner. Then they took her out of my area which was fine, but what I got was a slew of half done cleanings. Any time I left less than a perfect review for the cleaner (trying to be honest and constructive only) I would get bombarded with phone calls and emails trying to get me to change my reviews. I imagine this is why the ratings are so high. It felt like such a bait and switch. Even now that I have canceled the service they keep calling and emailing me from different numbers. I'm sure this will get taken down or I'll get another call about it, but somebody should know.
