This was my first time using this company and I must admit I was very impressed with the outcome. The team of ladies was very nice and cordial. They were very efficient and on some instances they went above and beyond of what was needed.
I will for sure continue to use this company for my regular housekeeping needs. I highly recommend them😃

The ladies that clean have been amazing, except for 2 that we've had in the 10 years we were customers. We had our house cleaned every two weeks without issues. Except for the last house cleaning.
If you expect someone from the office to answer or return calls, go elsewhere.
This "manager" left a message that they were suspending our service until they talk to us.
According to their employee I yelled at her and I was mean to her, a total fabrication. We ask them to clean our offices first so we can work and keep the dogs out of their way. After my office was cleaned, it smelled like cat pee. Her wet, dirty mop head was leaning against the white wall while she was in the bathroom cleaning. I turned it to smell it and it smelled like cat pee. I needed to get to work and figured that later I would re-mop my office. When she walked out I asked her if she had another mop head, she said she had one in the car. I said, you may want to use it because this one smells like cat pee and you'll just spread it through the house. She did offer to re-mop and did eventhough i was prepared to do it myself and wanted to get to work.
In the call from the manager to my wife, this young lady told them I had yelled at her and was mean. Not one word of truth in anything she said. We can only imagine she was afraid of getting trouble for bringing a dirty mop head to our house and had to cover for herself. She said our house smelled like cat pee and as she was leaving stepped in a puddle of cat pee. Flat out fabrication. The manner in which this young lady handled herself was immature and very unprofessional. The manager was worse. For a customer that spends almost $6K a year with them for the last 10 years, he didn't want to ask or talk it through. He accused. We're not the problem and for 10 years haven't been. They opted instead to lose a loyal customer, we can only imagine this young lady will continue to be a problem for them. Good riddance.

Great attention to detail. The staff was amazing. Always room to improve but the communication was A1 and the ladies were very helpful. I’d love it if they offfered organizing services for clutterbugs like me.

Have been very happy with Buckets and Bows service. I have not had my house professionally cleaned in a very long time and was unsure about letting someone in my house. I have been very happy with the professionals that have come in to help me. They have all been friendly and done quality work since I have started with them. Looking forward to the continued service with them and their team.

I had a great experience yesterday with Buckets And Bows. The team of technicians who arrived were very friendly and the hardest workers I’ve ever seen! My house is spotless and I am just so thrilled with how clean it is. They cleaned into nooks and crannies that I didn’t even know existed. I will definitely have them on a regular basis going forward. I highly recommend them.

My wife had knee surgery and was unable to clean the house. And as much as she loves me, she is never happy with the way I clean the house. I reached out to the team at Buckets And Bow‘s and scheduled a deep cleaning Karen Susan and Madison showed up exactly when they were scheduled to show up. They were friendly and polite, but didn’t waste time chatting. They got right to work and the house looks amazing. We were also worried about our good puppy dog, but they treated Charlie. Like he was their pet. I cannot recommend them more. We are very happy with the service.

Alison always does an amazing job. She arrives on time and is always professional, and a pleasant attitude. The house always smells good and looks great. I highly recommend Buckets and Bows.

Since injuring my leg a few years ago, the housekeeping has gotten out of hand. The place was tidy but lacked a good, through scrub. I contacted Buckets & Bows for a Top to Bottom cleaning which included their routine cleaning chores plus all woodwork, doors and window blinds. The entire team was meticulous, polite and hardworking. Team lead Tamara was particularly impressive. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and the toilet tissue bow I discovered later in the day was icing on the cake. I will definitely be using them in future.

They do a very good job with the cleaning, and the pricing is reasonable. I did remove one star because I receive phone calls from them very frequently, which can be a bit overwhelming. I don’t feel a call is necessary after every single cleaning - if I ever have an issue, I’m happy to reach out myself. I genuinely appreciate the quality of their work, but the constant follow‑up may eventually lead me to look for another service if it continues. It would also be helpful to have the option to book online.

Editing my rating again to drop a star because they continue to ignore my requests for less frequent phone calls. Today I received two phone calls, two text messages, and two emails from them. It's excessive.

We had the pleasure of using Buckets & Bows cleaning services this weekend and our house is so clean, we don't want to cook or take showers in our master bathroom! The technicians did such a great job that I highly recommend using this service for all your cleaning needs. Thanks to my technicians again for doing such an amazing job!
