Armani has been cleaning my house for over six months now. She does a fabulous job and is very careful to do everything exactly how I like it. In addition to being very professional, she has a great personality. I highly recommend Armani if you are looking for a great housekeeper!

Ruth Morrison service my house twice. She was very polite and professional. I really appreciated that she brought treats for my dog on her first visit. She asked if things in the kitchen could be arranged and if there were trouble areas that needed to be worked. I would be happy with her returning again.

Veronica is absolutely amazing. She makes sure our home is nice and clean which relieves so much stress from us. She really makes sure its cleaned well, and she's such a delightful person. My cat now recognizes Veronica's voice when she arrives for cleanings, because it means my cat gets treats while she sleeps in her carrier during the cleaning. 🤣 The ladies Kayla and Shelby and Megan that I've connected with in the office are very lovely and helpful as well. We've had Buckets and Bows come by several times for biweekly cleanings, and are very happy with the results. We have multiple small children and several pets, so keeping the house clean is a tall task. We've had Melissa, Carmen, Chloe, and Beverly clean our home, and all four have done a wonderful job and been really friendly and hardworking. We have a big, overly friendly dog, and they've all interacted well with her, which was a relief for us.

Wildly overpriced. I paid $770+ tax for a deep clean of a 2,000 sq ft home, and they even charge extra to make beds if you have more than three. The quality was nothing special—no better than hiring an independent cleaner for a fraction of the price.

They hook you with a “50% off” first deep clean only if you commit to six cleanings, then lock you into a rigid schedule. I run an Airbnb and asked to move a cleaning out by two months—they said they’d still charge me because they “can’t reschedule that far out.” Completely unreasonable.

Overpriced, inflexible, and poorly managed. I’d rather support smaller local cleaners than a company that relies on fine print and contracts.

Three words come to mind from my first experience yesterday: comprehensive caring cleaning! These ladies set me at ease from the first knock on my door to the end of the impeccable services they provided. There was an ease about how they worked together strategically. I was the delightful and grateful recipient of a job done "exceedingly well." It was so nice to do business with a company culture of "doing the right thing because it is the right thing to do!" I sincerely recommend Buckets & Bows maid service for ALL cleaning needs and a that little "something extra" that is given from an "open heart." 💖

Teresa, Emerald and Kaitlyn did a fantastic job on our house that we’re moving into! It was pretty gross and the baseboards were caked with dust. The pantry was lined with grease, spilled food, crumbs and spilled spices. As you can see, everything looks spotless now! Not only did they do a fantastic job but they were so kind and worked so hard. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. I got the top to bottom deep clean to kick off biweekly visits and it feels really great to come home to a clean house. Doreisha, Leslie, and Alison did a wonderful job and were absolute sweethearts.

Bre, Madison, and Karen did an amazing job cleaning our house. They even made my son’s toddler bed. Everything was cleaned and wiped down. The house looks amazing.

Monica and Ashlyn both did EXCEPTIONAL work with the top-to-bottom clean. The apartment looks like new and exceeded my expectations in every way. They were also very friendly and communicated well to make sure all of the key areas of concern were addressed, and that the cost would remain within our budget ... not to mention they went above and beyond with their attention to detail. We had Buckets & Bows come out to complete a Top to Bottom cleaning for the first time last week. I had just had a c-section and baby and I were discharged from the hospital the day before. Doreisha, Diana, and Donna were EXCEPTIONAL!!! They did a very good job accommodating us and detailing all aspects of our home. Our master shower has also never looked better! I just received my first deep clean from Buckets and Bows. I am totally amazed by how clean my home of 27 years looks now. We had 3 ladies work on our deep clean; Doreisha, Monica, and Nailah. They went above and beyond plus *****PAID SO MUCH ATTENTION TO DETAIL.**** My house was in serious need of a deep clean and those ladies worked very hard to get it done. They were also sincerely pleasant and cheerful. The whole experience from booking the cleaning until it was done was very professional. My husband and I walked through the house and were thrilled with how they did such a thorough job. It is beyond my expectations. I totally recommend this company and these 3 ladies. Buckets and Bows did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning my home. I opted for the Top to Bottom deep clean and could not be happier with the service. All the ladies were very kind and professional. From initial contact to the finished product the team at Buckets & Bows were patient and professional! Sunny was of great assistance with scheduling, I was able to book next day!
