Miracle was our cleaner and she was friendly and professional. I gave her a quick tour of house and then left to go back to work. When I got home at end of day she was just finishing up and everything looked great! She took the time to clean every bathroom (we have 3) until they shined, all floors were cleaned and even the fronts of the appliances were clean and shiny. I am currently going through chemotherapy for stage 4 cancer and the peace of mind knowing that my environment is clean is invaluable. Thank you Rag Mops and Miracle!

We had a really good experience with Rag Mops. Catherine was very friendly and set clear expectations for the cleaning and provided ample amount of space for asking questions and confirming pricing. The cleaning itself was pretty good, but this important detail really pushed this to a 5-star experience for my family. I mentioned that we wanted to have a deep clean because we had just had a baby and just wanted that extra help to have one less thing to worry about. We received a card from the team and they even remembered our baby’s name. I would recommend this service!

Destiny and Audrey provided perfect cleaning service today. Not only did they show up when they said they would and do a great job cleaning, they managed my dog “musical chairs” throughout the day, even while I was away, so that the dogs were safe while they were cleaning certain areas of the house.
