Jennifer and her team were very professional. I needed a “move out” standard clean for my home and they did great!

I used Premier Maid Services for deep cleaning. I was extremely pleased with the job they did and enjoyed their personalities. How are use them again for sure and tell everybody I know how wonderful they are.

So glad I found them. So far we have had one basic clean and then after they did an incredible job, we had them do a deep clean and a carpet clean. My house has never been so clean. We hope to remain their clients for years to come.

I hired this team thinking it would be more affordable, but in the end it was not. Very disappointed with the move out clean. The bathrooms were still dirty along with the floors. Didnt even care to clean behind the doors. We took care of our house and only had 2 ceiling fans in the house total that were pretty dirty. Over all I would hire a corporation cleaning team to care for your move out home. $270 was not worth it at all. Also to mention they cleaned the home for 2 hours if that, but stated the clean would take “all day”

Jennifer and her team did an amazing job with a deep clean of my property and making it move-in ready as rental! She was very responsive, easy to communicate with, on time, and was priced reasonably. Jennifer & her team did a deep clean on our home a month ago. We now have her cleaning every two weeks. They did a great job both on the deep clean & the regular, standard cleaning. She communicates quickly & the house smells great! She pays attention to detail. If you need a deep clean, or a standard cleaning I recommend this team!

TLC’s response was excellent and they came promptly as promised. We were putting our house on the market and noticed some small ridges in the carpets of 3 rooms & 2 closets. TLC re-stretched & fixed all 5 carpets in about 1.5hrs for a reasonable cost. We’re very pleased with the finished result and highly recommend them.

I needed by ducts and vents cleaned. Carlos arrived provided a good quote and the job was scheduled and performed in couple business days. Carlos was very thorough and didn't leave any mess behind. He good about checking my attic as well. All in all I was very pleased with the service and will use again.

We had a very large wool rug Milton picked up and took back to their "shop" for cleaning and minor repair. Brittany told me in advance what to expect and she was right on! Great service, excellent quality!! Highly recommend this business for rug cleaning expertise!!

Jordan arrived at the time specified. He was efficient and cleaned my carpets beautifully. He was professional and provided great care in cleaning my carpets. My carpets dried fairly quickly and were cleaned to my satisfaction. I definitely would recommend this business. Great job!

Brittany was very professional in giving up available dates that fit our schedule. The technician I believe his name was Carlos arrived right on time and he set everything up and started the cleaning right away. The whole process was fast and carpet came out great!
I will surely use TLC again if needed.

We had scheduled Kiwi to clean our carpets on a Saturday afternoon. We had moved all the furniture out of the carpeted rooms, boarded our dogs, and gotten a place to stay overnight when Kiwi called and canceled and left us high and dry! I reached out to several local companies, but only TLC was able to help. Greg came out on a Sunday morning and did a fantastic job! Our carpet was in bad shape and overdo for a cleaning, and he made it look like new. Greg was very personable and explained everything he was doing. Whatever you do, don't call Kiwi! Call TLC from the start! They will do a great job for a fair price! We will definitely be calling them for our next carpet cleaning. Thanks TLC!!!

TLC Carpet did a fabulous job after our pipes broke and flooded the first floor. Michael installed a new carpet pad and was able to save the carpet. After he finished re-installing the carpet, he cleaned it and it looks and smells like new. A+ I recommend!

I was excited I thought I had found a good company but was quoted one amount and ended up paying over $100 more for than the quote (Approx. $300 for two stairs and one room). My carpets did not hold up after the cleaning, they look dirty and its only been less than a month. I was charged for vacuuming which I did not even know was required in the quote nor was I told prior to the cleaning. As I was not moved in, I couldn't have vacuumed the stairs myself because I was not told before hand. Also the receptionist told me it would take 6-8 hours to dry and it took over 2 days which was unfortunate as I had scheduled my move the day after my service. Lastly, I never received a confirmation for the service and had to call back multiple times and by the time the technician came, he said I was booked as a "fit in the schedule" even though i prebook a week before... The experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations in terms of actual service and customer service. I would have gone elsewhere, you are not getting a deal if quoted one price then told another price and charged for additional services that I could have done myself, if I was properly notified. I would not recommend.

TLC Carpet Cleaning is amazing! We needed some last-minute carpet cleaning and TLC was here within 2 hours to get the job done. Our technician Sam was very professional, courteous, and quick. Would definitely use them again, and highly recommend. Thank you TLC!

We have used TLC for a couple of years. We have a cloth light colored couch and toddlers... not a good combination. They are able to come within a couple days and make it look brand new every time! They are also extremely professional. It always a hassle to have a company into your home for whatever reason. However, TLC gets the job done quickly and is very respectful of our home. We will continue to use them for everything!

My whole experience overall was amazing. I called in for an appointment and the girl was nice and got me an appointment for the next day. Milton was awesome! He arrived right at 9am and we had a window of 9am - noon. I was very impressed. Great place! Very affordable and I will be using them again.
