We HIGHLY recommend TLC Carpet Cleaning! Our original carpet cleaner failed to show up at their scheduled service time with no heads up. So, we reached out to TLC in a desperate attempt to get the service completed within the next 2 or 3 days. Brittany was amazing and got a tech sent out to us within the hour! Carlos did an outstanding job cleaning our 3 bedrooms and carpeted stairs, and even did a last-minute cleaning on our area rug, all for a very reasonable price. Everyone we interacted with was prompt, respectful and very communicative so we knew exactly what to expect. I cannot thank Brittany, Carlos and TLC Carpet Cleaning enough for saving the day!

Have used TLC for years, first in Dallas and now in Fort Worth. You will not find a more professional and responsive company. Their work is exceptional. The guy that cleaned our the carpet in our master bedroom spent less than 15 minutes here. When the carpet dried I noticed that the stains that I pointed out to him prior to him starting the job were still there. I contacted TLC & was told the stains /darker discoloration was carpet damage due to scrubbing the fibers (based off of a photo they requested). They didn't offer to come back out to look or reclean. Fast forward a few months, we just had our carpets re-cleaned & we were told that the excuse TLC gave us was a lie. Our carpets are clean now, spots are gone, I just wish I hadn't paid the 1st guy with cash or I would have disputed the charge after the first guy left. Lesson learned.

I really enjoyed working with Brittany and Halee from start to finish. I was impressed with their friendliness and professionalism during the initial estimate and scheduling. Pricing was very reasonable and better than some of the big chains. The technician, Agnaldo, was prompt, efficient, tidy, and kind. He cleaned three rooms, the hall, 15 stairs, and a large area rug in a little over an hour. I was able to pay through Zelle and received a paid invoice just a few minutes later. I will absolutely recommend TLC to my friends and neighbors and will use them again!

They are absolutely fabulous!!! Maria is wonderful and the whole crew does a great job! They send 6 employees for each clean and make sure to do exactly what the client likes! Had a deep clean today and they spent 6 hours at our house and it’s spotless!!

They are always on time and very thorough. They are also flexible if I need to change my days:times. They have a full team that go through methodically and take care not to disrupt when I’m working from home. They have done 2 deep cleans for us as well and did not disappoint. One was after a major Reno and we could definitely breathe better after the team came through.

We have been using Lindsay’s Cleaning for a couple of years now. They are quick and thorough. Very happy with this company and Sofia is always helpful when she is here at the house. :)
