Kara with Rag Mops has been an amazing cleaning support for our home. She’s diligent, thoughtful of our home furnishings, and always so professional and polite. We love and fully trust the work she does in our home!

Pros: I booked the service very easily online, and they called me to confirm tiny details for every single room. I didn't need my office, extra guest bathroom and guest bedroom cleaned, so they helped me customize the visit. Loved that they are flexible with that. The cleaning team were besties and greeted each other with love. I told them I'm looking for familiar people and it's important that I have good communication with them, and they were able to meet my expectations. I have booked the next visit! Angela was very friendly and said she's been with the company for 7 years, and Cindy was a busy busy bee cleaning every nook and cranny.

Cons: We work from home and 1 of the room s is only available for 30 mins to get in and out of, and they missed that window of time. I was able to take a break and they completed it, no big deal.

Ce-Ce was our cleaner today. Rag Mops are the best cleaning service in the DFW area! Efficient, on time, thorough, professional, well-trained and trust-Worthy!!

RagMops does a great job. All of the cleaners are attentive, but when you get Alex, you know it is going to be finely detailed! Highly recommended.

It's the tiny details that make the service by RagMops exceptional. Laura made the tissues into a rose, and combed the rug fringe into neat lines. And my bathrooms sparkle from the tiles to the shower glass. Simply fantastic!

My experience with Rag Mops fell far short of the expectation. It's totally a scam. They charged me $695 for deep cleaning, refrigerator and oven cleaning but the quality of service is subpar.
I made it very clear while booking that the place is clean on the surface but I need deep cleaning to ensure our move-in experience is great. Despite all the assurances to provide a thorough deep cleaning, many areas were left untouched or poorly cleaned with dirt, grime and cobwebs around window insides, door hinges, refrigerator, oven etc.
To make matters worse, the customer service provided by Kathleen was unsatisfactory. When I raised concerns about the quality of the service, I was met with defensiveness rather than a genuine effort to address the issues and make things right. They have definitely lost me as a customer and some more due to negative word of mouth. I wouldn't recommend them for someone looking for thorough deep cleaning. They might be good for monthly basic cleaning.

Cyndi, Ana, Katheryn and the team at Rag Mops are the best house cleaner we’ve had in years! They’re incredibly thorough, so kind, and treat our home (and pets!) with such care. Rag Mops cleaned our house as part of their charitable services for cancer patients. They did a wonderful job and stayed in touch with us for the duration of their visit. My bathroom has never sparkled so brightly, and everything smelled brand new.

I had Rag Mops come do a deep clean on my house. They did an excellent job. Everything looked great when they finished. Everyone who helped clean were very nice and easy to communicate with. After that first cleaning, I have decided to sign up for regular quarterly cleanings. I would highly recommend them.

Rag Mops Cleaning Service just left my house! They did a fabulous job! Cyndi and Audrey paid attention to details and went above and beyond with some windows that had dog licks and little finger prints. I don’t think I’ve ever had this love seat cleaned! Highly recommend Rag Mops!
