It was our first time using TLC and they have excellent customer service! Jason cleaned our carpets and he gave us his recommendations, our carpets look brand new!! We will be calling back to get our microfiber couch done soon and will continue getting our carpets done by them!

Michael was fantastic. He kept me regularly updated, was very willing to accommodate my remote needs, and was frank and honest about what the home needed in terms of care. And the response time in booking this was an almost immediate turnaround. Last minute, next day service and it was worth every dollar I dropped on it.

The experience with TLC Carpet Cleaning couldn't have been better. They are a great company and have a great staff. The owner was very involved and wanted to ensure complete satisfaction for their services. Very reasonable prices and after calling multiple places, they were the most competitive on pricing... but their overall customer experience was worth even more!

Had our carpets cleaned today and Greg did a great job! He was super friendly and courteous! We had some pet stains and the price was really affordable compared to other companies I looked at. We will use them again in the future!

My husband and I just moved into our home which had really old carpet and a couch that was left behind by the previous owner. We had Michael come in and shampoo the carpet in one of the bedrooms, as well as clean the sofa. It smells amazing!! He has got rid of a large black stain that was on the couch. I recently moved into a home in flower mound, and after moving in decided we wanted out carpets cleaned. Since we wanted to get this done before fully moving in, we needed the service done as soon as possible! I called TLC and Halee was able to schedule me within 2 days and at a very reasonable rate. Day of service, Mauricio called me and updated his ETA, providing me with on time, fast and high quality service. I would definitely recommend!

We hadn't had our white carpets cleaned since before the pandemic. TLC Carpet was great from start to finish. Communication was AWESOME. They got us a quote in 24 hours and scheduled our job around our needs at the office. Quality of the work was top notch.

Jimmy from TLC did a great job cleaning my carpets. It was relatively a large area. He was very friendly and flexible in working with my carpet cleaning needs. Also very honest in giving his ideas. My couch needed to be refreshed and TLC did an amazing job. They cleaned it on last Friday and I can still smell how fresh my couch is. The technician was very thorough and took his time.

Superb customer service. I called to have our three offices' carpet steam cleaned and they were able to come out the next day. They texted and called when they were on their way and arrived at the promised time. I definitely recommend them and would use their service again. We are very happy with their service.

Micheal was just amazing , he managed to remove black slim off of my white carpet and that is just almost impossible to remove . Very professional and outgoing . Thank you
