I love my team! My ladies feel like part of my family, very professional and friendly and care about my home as much as I do. I know my home is clean and have complete confidence in their high standards! I also appreciate the office staff, their friendly, professional and efficient manner in dealing with any questions or concerns I may have.

Anais and her team did an incredible job. They We’re very punctual. Considerate and Thorough!! They also tolerated my yappy dogs! 😃 my house looks and smells great!

Team 11 comes to my home every week. They are always so pleasant, professional and helpful. When I need something extra done they help me without hesitation. My favorite team to come to my home.

The team came to do a deep cleaning at my house this week and they did an amazing job. We were beyond grateful since my husband and I work and study at the same time we have little to no time for cleaning the house and Molly's maid team made our house look incredible. We are beyond happy and grateful with the team and their service.

My experience with Molly Maid was extremely disappointing. Despite Molly Maids leaving detailed instructions in their notebook, the cleaning crew failed to follow them. They clearly hadn’t read the instructions before starting, and none of the cleaners spoke English, making it impossible to communicate. The result was the opposite of what I requested.

For instance, I specifically asked that no one touch the exterior of my brand-new Sub-Zero stainless steel appliances, yet they cleaned them with glass cleaner—a completely inappropriate choice. (Now I need to find a way to remove the cleaner without damaging our new appliances.) At the same time, they ignored the request to clean the interior of the appliances. Floors were left dirty, with many areas unvacuumed or unswept. Cabinets weren’t cleaned, bathroom floors weren’t mopped, and to top it off, they inexplicably took cracked stone from my master bathroom bathtub area and placed it in a vase (very strange).

I provided detailed feedback to the office manager, including some photos of the issues. Initially, they agreed the crew needed more training and promised to send out a crew to address the missed areas on the next business day. They also assured me that future crews would speak English for better communication. However, the team that arrived included a cleaner from the original group that caused the damage and, again, no one spoke English.

I had to cancel the cleaning on the spot. When I raised concerns about sending the same cleaner, I was told it was meant as a “learning experience.” This response was baffling—why would anyone think it’s acceptable to send back someone who already caused damage?

They stated they could have someone over that originally did our consultation to point out what was done wrong. Seems pointless now as I already took 2 days of being available for their time lot window frame. Knowing how this will go, they will just take notes and then I will have to communicate with the next crew. At this point, we are moving on. Too much time and effort has been put into this and I don't have the time to keep spending more of it to get the job done correctly.

The entire experience was a frustrating waste of time and effort. Molly Maid’s lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and poor communication make it impossible for me to recommend their services. Look elsewhere for reliable and competent cleaning help.

**Update**I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with Molly Maid. After expressing my dissatisfaction with their service through a review, I received an email from the company proposing a deal: if I upgraded my review to four stars or higher, they would refund my cleaning fee. I was taken aback by their attempt to condition my refund on altering my honest feedback. Furthermore, they insisted that I waive any damage claims against them to receive the refund. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of addressing customer concerns promptly and sincerely. Unfortunately, Molly Maid missed several opportunities to rectify the issue genuinely, choosing instead to try to manipulate my feedback. I stand by my original review, reflecting my genuine, poor experience. Businesses should strive to correct mistakes immediately, not coerce customers into changing honest critiques!

Overall, it was a disappointing and expensive experience and I wish I had just cleaned myself.

I had never hired someone to clean my home before but the place I am moving into needed to be cleaned and I did not have enough time before my move, so I thought I would treat myself. The home had been cleaned when the last tenant had moved out over a month prior but the floors, baseboards, countertops needed a thorough clean, with the kitchen and bathrooms needing some light cleaning. No furniture or belonging were in the team's way that would add to the clean time.

The team arrived over 20 minutes after the estimated time of arrival that was in the text I received. When I received the ETA text, I rushed home during my lunch break only to wait for those extra 20 minutes and then I immediately needed to leave once I had walked them around my new home. I asked them to focus on the floor and baseboards and to not spend time on the inside of cabinets nor clean the appliances. The team told me that they were set and that once they were done I would get a call from their boss to let me know they were done. I did not receive any text/call and when I returned to the home, baseboards in the more hard-to-reach areas were still covered in dust/dirt/hair from the previous tenant. The hardwood floor did not have any dust or crumbs but when I accidentally spilled some water the following day, the white towel turned brown. It was clear the floors had NOT been mopped, which is included in Molly Maid's Move In package.

It is unclear how long the actual clean took, but I was charged for over $400 (the highest side of the estimate) to still have dirty floors and dirty baseboards. While I could have reached out for a reclean, I did not trust that things would have been properly cleaned unless I was there the entire time. I will not be hiring anyone to clean my home again, least of all Molly Maid of DFW.

We have used Molly Maids for several years now and are very satisfied with their service. We currently use team 8 and the ladies not only do a great job, but they are very respectful and friendly. We feel comfortable leaving them in our house unsupervised. Great job, ladies!!!!

DO NOT USE THEM. They quoted me a ballpark price for monthly service and then when it came time to book for my 2nd service they ended up pricing me at the highest rate and they couldn’t justify or tell me why I was quoted a different rate and an even higher rate especially when I only want a couple of the rooms clean and this is a brand new apartment never lived in so they aren’t even cleaning everything. I spoke to Trish and she’s has not been accommodating at all. They are just money hungry. Do not use them go elsewhere.

I love this team!!! They did an amazing job cleaning our house! We want to keep this team!
