Used this service yesterday-3/31/22. $200 for first-time move-in office cleaning (mopping the floor, dusting etc.) and the job was completed in 45 minutes. Vacuuming was not done and we were told that they were not informed and it would cost us extra if it was to be done. Seems pretty expensive for the time spent.

Best cleaning service in the area! The staff showed up on time, tailoring the cleaning to your special needs and more. After two hours I came back with an almost spotless home, and with a quote of $70/hr is not too bad. Will come back for more services.

Billy and Tovics cleaning services have been very reliable. He's always friendly and prompt. I've worked with them 2 - 4 times per month for my AirBnb and I'm sure we will work together for a long time to come.

I decided to revise my review because of an incident that occurred on April 25th. I was getting my usual monthly cleaning . Victoria was dusting in my living room and I felt she was being a bit too aggressive but I did not say anything. I had them before and I trusted them to do a good job. I heard one of my figurines fall and I looked in her direction but thought everything was fine because she did not say anything. I settled with them as usual and said see you next time. I discovered when they left that Victoria broke my angel’s wing and it was missing. I text Billy to ask why Victoria did not tell me and I could understand it was just an accident. Victoria lied and said she knew nothing about it but I heard her knock it down. This is important because I am blind. I could accept it was an accident but I do not appreciate dishonesty. I do not let many people in my home but I trusted them until now. I will not use this cleaning service again. If they will lie to me as a blind person…what will they do to you? Billy is perfect but Victoria rushes and makes mistakes.Use this company at your own risk. I’m guessing their not bonded so that’s why she denied knowing my item was broken. Pay a little more for someone who is bonded it will save you some heartache.

I recently had some remodeling done and need help getting my place back to its original state. I felt overwhelmed by the task because I am blind. I called these angels on Tuesday and they quickly came the next day. The staff was kind, friendly, polite, quick and efficient. I was nervous about letting someone in my home but I felt safe. They did a great job and my home is spotless! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a little extra help.
