Team 10 did an outstanding job! They truly went above and beyond, even taking the time to bring my cups to the kitchen sink. They carefully picked up our rugs, vacuumed underneath them thoroughly, and mopped the floors. I was impressed by how fast they worked too!

We love the trust we have with them, friendliness, their attention to detail, the cleanliness, quality checks, prompt arrivals, their cleaning updates when needed, and scheduling accommodations when we need to move appointments.

We’ve had several teams that we have come to know. We love our regular duo and trio.

We had Team 14 today which was not our usual. We have known one of the team members for 12 yrs and she even remembers our son when he was a newborn, even if we were not part of her rotation for about 3 yrs!

We used Molly maid to do a top to bottom move out clean of our house and they did an amazing job.

This review is for a whole house clean. I would like to personally thank Molly Maid Team 12 (Lorena and Rosita) for an amazing job. They promptly arrived at my home bringing all the supplies they would need to clean. For four hours they worked diligently, quietly and efficiently. It was a very peaceful experience. They were kind and also communicated well with any questions. This was my first experience with Molly Maid and I had a good experience from start to finish-from scheduling/rescheduling to the actual job to final payment. I highly recommend them. Thank you Lorena and Rosita for everything!!

Maria and Isabelle from Molly Maid, Denton TX were absolutely phenomenal! They did a top-to-bottom move-in clean that left our new home sparkling. Every corner gleamed, and their attention to detail was truly impressive — from baseboards to inside cabinets, nothing was overlooked. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly kind throughout the process. Walking into our fresh, spotless home after their work felt like such a gift. I just had my home cleaned by Molly Maids, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. The ladies who came were so kind, respectful, and hardworking. They paid attention to all the little details I usually miss, and it truly felt like they cared about making my home feel clean and comfortable. Walking in after they finished, I felt a huge sense of relief and gratitude — everything looked beautiful.

It's just really nice to come home to a clean house. Some weeks are better than others but it's always very convenient and cleaner than I would be able to get it by myself. Everyone I've met or talked to on the phone has been very nice. There were a couple of occasions early on when the alarm was not reset when they left but that's easy enough to fix remotely these days. It hasn't happened in quite some time either.
I know that on at least two occasions a manager or someone from the office stopped by to check on the quality of work. I appreciate that. All in all it has been a very good experience and I would recommend Molly Maids to anyone considering hiring a housekeeper.

I would not recommended nor use their service again. I had move-in cleaning for 3 hours, meaning I did not move into the house and there was NOTHING in the house as I didn’t want to have anything in areas that are being cleaned. As they were finishing up, I had walked around the house with the cleaning staff to check for the cleanliness. At that time, I noticed some spots but didn’t think too much of it. I was in the house trying to see where how I want to place the furnitures. And after about 15 mins they left, the spots are as seen in the picture and they were soaking wet. I grabbed paper towels from the car and the paper towels got soaking wet from it. I have sent the company pictures before with seller’s furniture in it and those and more after pictures and videos. They are claiming that after “their investigation” of talking to the staff and claim of not using any bleach products that they are 100% sure that it wasn’t their fault. There were no other people that came into this house other than the cleaning staff and myself. Only people walked around this house with any liquid products are cleaning ladies since the seller’s move out. There are no apologies and no compensation other than it’s not our fault. At this point, I have asked a manager to come out with all their products to test on this already ruined carpet. Will see if they actually do bring all the products they actually use.

We had our first deep clean today and I am very satisfied and impressed with the clean!

We had Team 10 and they were so kind, communicative, and detailed. They went above and beyond our expectations. This was also the best anyone has ever cleaned our shower, it was sparkling!

I have had the pleasure of using this company three times now. Once for just bathrooms before we had guests, once as a deep clean for a whole house and once for a new move in clean. Each time was fantastic. From booking to the actual service, no complaints. Specifically Team 10 was particularly awesome. Happy to work with this company.

Updated review. We used them for 4 years. Sometimes they did a good job. Sometimes average. Never could figure it out.

Speed was the name of the game. They clean fast. They broke some blinds once. Knocked over some stuff. Even then we stayed with them.

Finally cancelled this month. Constant billing problems. Sloppy cleaning, no attention to detail. Final nail was the cost. Just can’t justify it anymore.

Again not great. Not horrible but now expensive.

I would NOT recommend to use the company. I only needed a standard (surface level) cleaning with my home being very small. They claimed to have been cleaning for two and half hours. There is absolutely no way it would’ve taken that long. I wasn’t able to be home while the cleaning was happening which is my mistake on this, however I have done this with other cleaning services. I only decided to go with Molly Maid due to the timing in which I needed to be my home cleaned for pictures to sell my home and my regular cleaning company not being available in time. I am very disappointed with this company and will NEVER use them again for any of my properties. With spending two and half hours there was still stains on cabinets and dust in the air vents.

The most expensive for the worst service. I don’t think these people have ever made a bed in their entire lives. After trying for 2 years I finally cancelled my service after finding makeup on my counters and my bed looking like a toddler made it.

I’ve been with Molly Maids for almost ten years. I’m very happy with the quality and service. Linda and Team 8 is my trusted go to. They make my home sparkle!

Bought my best friend a "Deep" clean in prep for her house sale. Women there for 4.5 hours. $500+ dollars. Never cleaned the top of fridge, baseboards, and not all the blinds. Friend ended up spending the night before the open house "deep-cleaning" the bathrooms. Happy to pay for a poor cleaning but not $500+ for "deep," highly disappointing. Customer service said that someone would call me back. Never happened...

I've been a satisfied client for years: they show up on time, are consistent, and receptive to directions. Then last week, after a death in the family, I had to cancel the appointment at the last minute. Not only did they go out of their way to reschedule, the kind young woman I spoke to on the phone took time out of her day to send me a thoughtful card about grief, comfort, and memory. You don't get that kind of humanity at just any business.

Team 10 did soooooooo goood. We have been trying different maid services since we moved to the area and haven’t been satisfied until today. Will definitely be using them regularly.

DO NOT USE THEM. We spent $400 for a move out deep clean. They were barely there 2.5 hours and I have now spent 3 days since cleaning up everything they left dirty. Cabinets were not cleaned inside or even wiped down outside. Walls, door frames and ceilings still had tons of dust. Floors had clumps of dirt and dust left on them. Dirty spots on walls. Vents were not wiped off, doors were not dusted. Not sure what they did for 2 hours but it was not clean.

Unable to clean my home since 11/29, I called for Molly Maid services. Woke up today & felt awesome to walk thru my home…clean bathrooms, floors, kitchen counters, even cabinets were dusted/polished (they just look brighter)!Carpet is clean & “fluffy”. Dusted window blinds AND my glass light fixtures are super clear‼️Brenda & Vicky did an excellent job & my plan is have them come every month. Needless to say give Molly Maid a call; you’ll be glad you did.
