I had an incredible experience with Golden Tree. The team arrived on time and did a beautiful job on both my live oak and my crepe myrtle. I especially appreciated the expertise of Chris, who is an arborist, as my crepe is diseased and I thought I was going to lose the tree entirely. He explained the problem and the solution in detail and I’m thrilled that my tree will survive and bloom again for many years to come. Thank you so much, Golden Tree!

The trimming process is good and clean. Not so happy about the way quotation was given. I feel like there are no guidelines, an amount was simply provided. Lack of customer focus. It's expensive.

We have used Golden Tree quite a few times over the years. Their service is consistently on time, and excellent. They communicate well, provide a free estimate and are easy to work with. We had a tree removed and a tree trimmed this week and as usual, they did an excellent job! Thanks Golden Tree!

I've used Golden Tree 3 different times now to clean up my trees. They help me get rid of the mistletoe and clean up after the storm. The guy that comes out and cuts it is always very nice and runs a great crew. I also like how they don't leave the branches on your sidewalk and everything gets chipped away as they go. Prices are fair and would recommend.

Great experience! I was extremely nervous about the accuracy of being able to cut down a tree without damage… Golden tree comes through..not even a single messed up. Highly recommend! Great experience and total professionalism.

Be careful when getting product here. We asked for topsoil for dressing and the product we got seemed to be some dirt you use for backfilling. Unfortunately all sales are final and you pay for the product before they load you. They weren’t willing to take it back and give me something closer to what I needed. We are stuck with this and now have to spend money to dump it and still have to pick up the product we need. Total waste of money. Be sure you visually see the product before even purchasing to insure is what you need because they are not willing to work with you to make things right.

Chris C was great in evaluating the work I wanted done. Although he cautioned that they were booked at least 30 days out, they were able to get the work done the following week. I'm very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend them!

We have used Golden Tree a few times over the years. Their service is great and consistently on time. They communicate well, I was able to talk to a live person every time I called. We had guests coming, so I needed to remove broken branches asap and they accommodated our schedule and did an excellent job. Everything was clean and the crew made sure we were satisfied with the work done.

Golden Tree was very professional, they have a highly trained team who are very efficient. Chris is wonderful to work with, and personally verified the work. They trimmed multiple mature oaks, and did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards ! Totally satisfied with the quality of their work.

Chris from Golden tree made a competitive offer for the removal of a large, 20 year-old bradford pear pair and pruning of 2 read oaks. He told me that it would take a while before they would be able to come by (which was fine since there was no urgency). 3 weeks later, crew came as planned and did a great job. They were very skilled and worked fast. They finished the job by cleaning up well. I will use them again when needed.

What a shame
This was a great place to drop off wood chips or brush , knowing that it was going to be recycled and not end up in a landfill. Now that they’re no longer excepting clean brush it’s a lot harder to find a good alternative. Hopefully they’ll realize the loss in the revenue stream and change their decision.

I’ve used Golden Tree a couple of times now, this past Friday it was for a dead tree just a few feet from the front of my house.

Great prices and they do the job well.

I had a huge dead palm tree from last winter freeze removed. You can’t even tell I ever had it. Cleaned up so nicely. I had five huge live oaks cleaned up and looks awesome. They took pride in their work.

Chris came out to evaluate my property of 2 acres with many trees. I used them to provide a deep root feeding and bore treatment to all, as I noticed issues with a few of the trees. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, scheduling was easy, and the work was completed as promised. I would definitely use them again!

We have used Golden Tree Maintenance at several homes over the years and I have always been pleased with the work. They work quickly to get the job done and the trees thrive after being trimmed. We had one tree with a lot of mistletoe and they cut it all out. Our live oak’s trunk was damaged in the hard freeze of 2021, so they advised a deep root fertilizer. We shall see.

Great price and performance.
GTM has trimmed and thinned my 2 Red Oaks 3 times. I have been extremely happy with each visit. The estimator is always fast but thorough. They've never cancelled or been late. Heck you can haul a bunch of mulch from their shop after the deal is settled up. Lastly....they are the very definition of "Reasonably Priced". Give these folks a shot....seriously. my neighbors and i are glad i did.

Did a good job and was reasonably priced. They also helped us with our struggling tree in the front yard by giving it fertilizer and pruning it. Seems to have helped!

I appreciate Chris for coming out and giving me a hand drawn mini blueprint for the other guys to come out in a couple of weeks later, so they did not mess anything up. They arrived on time, were professional in dealing with by knocking on the door letting me know they were there; Extra care given to the flowerbeds around the base of the trees AND so polite and nice while talking with them.

This was the first time I have gotten our trees pruned back in order to protect the house and help get rid of any dangerous limbs that were about to fall down due to the storms we have been getting in Texas here recently. They taught me that trees should be trimmed every 2-3 years if I remember correctly. I had been buying firewood from them off / on for years, but this service took it a step further, and I will continue supporting another local business <3

For many years been doing business and refer clients to Golden Tree Maintenance. They always have gotten our clean soil and bushes for a fair price we pay . This year stopped by and they were not receiving bushes and this time around i called and they accepted. But a sweet employee explained to us they were no longer accepting bushes for now and i went up to young lady whom said i was welcomed but she denied it after employee explained to her & sadly in her words called me a lier for she said she had never said yes they accepted bushes felt terrible . After two bad experiences i thought it should be posted for we travel far at times from jobs and then to arrive and no warning. All employees should be on the same knowing. All else is always great service for years, sweet employees and always help like this sweet man gave us heads up when we arrived after we had called in advance.
