Had a dreadful smell coming from the chimney.. suspected a dead squirrel in the chimney. I called Partner's based on a recommendation from a neighbor..and they came out the next morning. They sealed up the top of the chimney so it will not happen again..they placed charcoal in the fireplace and then sealed up the fireplace for me with duct tape and plastic. This because the animal is down between the outside of the chimney pipe and brick and I have a 2 story house and no way to reach it and get it out. They really went above and beyond..

Great experience, Steve and Steve (jr) were very friendly, customer focused, and professional. Kept their work area and house clean. Also provided a lot of great advice. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best chimney sweep. Professional, not pushy, you never feel weird in your home like you do with so many service people. They do a thorough job and can even clean your dryer vent!

They don't make a mess of your carpets and white efficiently. They, also, show up on time and don't try to nickel and dime you.

I've been hiring chimney sweeps for 20 years and have finally found the one I'll use from now on.

Partners Chimney Sweep simply did everything right. The appointment was easy to schedule for a convenient time. They arrived when agreed and spent about an hour doing an excellent job thoroughly cleaning my chimney, flu, and fireplace. To top it off, they were both professional and personable. I've asked them to just to schedule me every summer so I don't forget.

And yes, it's odd to have only 5-star reviews on Google. But here I am giving them another one because they truly deserve it.

So thankful for you. We had a two other chimney businesses come evaluate our home. They didn't take the time to understand our two chimneys (or didn't have the knowledge) and were trying to get us to rebuild for big dollars. Steve and Steve explained clearly what we had upon proper inspection and did a knock out cleaning and minor repair job for a fair price.

Partners Chimney is what I’d hope to expect from a family business that knows the industry they represent. The people who came out were knowledgeable about their craft, PROFESSIONAL when addressing questions and concerns about the fireplaces and lastly courteous regarding how they handled everything they did with kid-gloves. Make no mistake about it, these people know what they’re doing. And, they offer fair pricing for the service they provide.

Steve came out to my house to clean my chimney and did an excellent job. He was very professional and courteous. He was on time and put down necessary sheets to keep the area clean. I was very impressed with his diligence and knowledge when I asked him questions. I highly recommend using him for any chimney services you may need!

Steve, Steve and Deanna were wonderful to work with. I was skeptical about a solid 5 star rating, but after today, they are a great team to work with. Their cost was more than their competitors, but after speaking with Deanna, I gave them the work. Steve and Steve were courteous and professional. Great experience with partners chimney sweep! They called back in a timely fashion, and were able to get us in quickly with a last minute cancellation. Steve and his son Steve were very professional as well as helpful. They offered really helpful information also on things I wouldn't have known to ask about. Steve and his son were originally scheduled to come on Tuesday. On Monday morning he called to advise he won't be able to make the appointment because rain had moved into the area and the probability for heavy downpours on Tuesday was very high, so we rescheduled. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, they called and arrived ahead of schedule, which was fine by me. It was my first meeting with them and both were very pleasant, professional, and assuring. I was very comfortable with them being left alone in the house while I continued my own work in my backyard office. I knew there was considerable buildup in my chimney after 7 years. At times the wind would blow just right and the smell would be strong. When they finished, there was no evidence they had been there and the smell is gone. Steve asked about the type(s) of wood I burn and volume, and gave his recommendation for return. Without hesitation, I give my highest recommendation to Steve and his family business.

Steve and Steve were very nice. Also very knowledgeable. They did not only clean the chimney - this is our first fireplace so they showed me the best way to select wood and build the fire to minimize smoke and ash buildup.

They are family-owned, so you will get great service compared to the larger companies in town. Also pricing is very fair, so you do not have to spend more for the great service.

The most wonderful experience! Highly recommend! This company is extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and so NICE! My toddler really enjoyed the top hat they wear (very cool). Excellent service overall, give them a call, you will not be disappointed!
