Had been searching for a company to come out and do a cleaning and also take a look at my gas logs and set make sure everything was ok as I had a weird experience over the weekend so wanted it checked out. I called a few other companies and one was high pressure just wanted my address to make and appointment and the other was overly expensive. I Partners on line and also someone in my community recommended them. This is a family run business, Steve and Steve Jr. and Deanna. Deanna took my call and they actually fit me in same day. Steve gave his honest opinion that I didn't need a cleaning, and my gas logs were ok. They just charged me a trip charge which I think fair. I really appreciate their honesty!

These folks are the real deal! It was so easy to set up an appointment, easy to understand pricing, and easy to watch them do the work that I myself could not do. The integrity of this team is so apparent as they freely give advice on what might yet need to be done or bought in order to enjoy your fireplace safely. If they cannot do the scope of the work needed, such as gas plumbing, they will let you know. They won't just pretend to fix things and charge you extra for it. I really like Partners Chimney Sweep and I can recommend them happily!

Steve and his son are amazing! Not only are they experts in their field, but they are fair and honest as they come. They came out today for a repair and cleaning of my chimney, and while they were here they gave our fireplace a serious face lift. All for an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommend them!

We had black dust coming out of some vents. Turned out to be soot buildup from a poorly maintained furnace. They cleaned it thoroughly and educated me on maintenance. I learned a lot from the process.

PROs: Nate (techician) was kind, professional, took the time to explain procedures and careful to place coverings near vents. Also he's very caring around our pets and placed coverings to protect them. Nate changed our perception of the company because of initial rude communication with the customer service dept. Nate saved the company as I almost chose another company. Afterwards there was very little cleaning to do unlike a past experience (different company) that required a cleaning service and a Dr's visit for my son.

CONs: Initial and follow up conversations with 1 particular customer service representative. Laughing 'at' a customer's situation is different than laughing 'with' a customer.
- The sanitization process is strong, keep windows/doors cracked for fresh air to circulate into the home, sit outside and relax, Nate's got this!

Cost was estimated to be $1 per sq foot (without tip, yes we tipped the tech), a discount was applied and we appreciated it. Recommend to anyone, get the ducts cleaned out, it's worth it.
BUT steer away from advertised $199 specials. Otherwise do it yourself with a simple brush. If a company doesn't bring in a HVAC vaccum (see in the photos) then you'll need housekeeper to come in afterwards to clean up the debris.
